Dominic “Dick” Potenza was born in West Virginia and grew up in Utica, New York. He became well known in the Rochester - Buffalo area during the 40’s as a head-waiter in the supper-club type restaurants of the era. It was at one of these supper-clubs that he met his future wife, jazz accordionist Ann Collecchia, who performed using the stage name of Ann Russell. Together, they envisioned a fast food restaurant that would serve an original style hamburger with their own special sauce. After much thought, this original style hamburger took the form of a toasted bun containing a thin patty that would cook quickly. After they modified and combined two recipes that they brought with them from Rochester, Dick and Ann developed their famous hot sauce.

La succusale de Chomedey fait pitié depuis que c'est une franchise. Je m'ennuie du bon vieux temps quand Dick & Ann était derière le comptoir pour surveiller. & que le sercice était rapide & sans reproche. This is the worst franchise of Dic Ann's. All these 5 stars are probably from friends of the owner since the place is always desserted.
Food is nah. I've had better at saint Eustache location. Not the employees fault. Sauce tastes different & odd. & do not purchase the fountain drinks. $2.60 plus taxe & flat as a ironing board. So yeah. Not the best
Bons burgers. Les frites sont bonnes sans pluss, pourraient être des frites maison (style Lafleur). Service moins rapide qu'avant, mais bon service quand même. Faisait froid ds le resto. 9/10
Ça doit faire 25ans que je mange chez Dic Ann's, mais j'approuve certains commentaires faits sur celui de Curé Labelle. Tout est très vieux. La salle de bain laisse vrm a désirer.
Quelle déception aujourd'hui d'être rentrer & d'avoir vu les nouveaux prix. 26$ pour 4 hamburgers & 1 bouteille. Un des nouveaux hot-dogs affiché à presque 8$, c'est rendu carrément du vol. Je comprends l'inflation, mais c'est rire des clients fidèles booster les prix comme ça, pour des minis burgers & des hot dogs.
Try placing order with the restaurant & Uber eats. They canceled the order. I guess they're too big to accept money or fulfill the contract that they have with Ube
I've being a client for 50 years never complain but I have to said french fry terrible they taste like old oil & they give you less we are 4 of us we all agreed terrible fry sorry do better thx you

MAIS la caissiere de samedi a besoin d'un training de service a la clientele avec son air bete aucun sourrire & BETE comme sa se peux pas meme envers les personnes plus agé met un sourire dans ton visage svp , javais meme pas le gout de lui demander un napkin …
