Dominic "Dick" Potenza was born in West Virginia and grew up in Utica, New York. He became well known in the Rochester - Buffalo area during the 40’s as a head-waiter in the supper-club type restaurants of the era. It was at one of these supper-clubs that he met his future wife, jazz accordionist Ann Collecchia, who performed using the stage name of Ann Russell. Together, they envisioned a fast food restaurant that would serve an original style hamburger with their own special sauce. After much thought, this original style hamburger took the form of a toasted bun containing a thin patty that would cook quickly. After they modified and combined two recipes that they brought with them from Rochester, Dick and Ann developed their famous hot sauce.

Yeah, I share a similar experience as another reviewer. The woman who cleans the tables & trays does use the same rag for the bathroom. I watched her rinse out her rag in the bathroom, clean the sink, then go back into the restaurant, where she then cleaned the garbage can then more tables & trays. Don't think I want to go back to eat there.

Le service est excellent, mais malheureusement les boulettes ne sont pas aussi tendre que l'accueil. On nous offre aussi une poutine garnie de fromage râpé, ce qui, à mon humble avis, est une insulte.

Vous désirez un hamburger mais vous voulez aussi du changement aller y commander ces délicieux hamburger plat à la sauce spaghetti épicé vous y retournerez par la suite car l'essayer c'est l'adopter 😉🥰

bonne bouffe mais promotions/caissière sélective : Ils donnaient des pots de sauce gratuits aux clients mais pas à moi qui a donné du pourboire & commandé pour 30$ pour une seule personne.

J'adore les Cheese & la poutine de Dic Ann's. A Vimont c'est toujours ouvert contrairement aux autres franchises qui ferment en début de semaine.
Le restaurant est simple mais la bouffe est bonne.

Restaurant très propre la cuisinière fait un travail exceptionnelle & colossal si possible je mettrais plus que 5 * pour son professionnalisme cela été très délicieux mon point négatif est la superviseure qui est constamment les yeux sur son téléphone & je l'ai également surpris de mettre ces pourboire dans sa poche ce qui est inacceptable & la caissière ne porte pas de filet à cheveux mais pour le repas je donne à la cuisinière 100 étoile ce qui me.donne le goût de revenir & que dire également de la sauce WOW tout simplement continuer votre beau travail

I've been visiting l Laval from Toronto since 1985. Every time I'm there if it's a day or a week I have Dic Annes. The best burgers & poutine I ever tried in my life. The quality of food is fantastic & tastes out of this world. Going through Quebec & not visiting Dic Annes is a crime..
