I've been going to Dic Ann's since I was a kid. My dad used to bring me to the original location on Pie-IX, & I'll never forget those memories. Now it's my turn to continue the tradition, so I brought my son for his first visit. He absolutely loved it! The fries were perfectly crispy, & he really enjoyed the burger.

The food hasn't changed over the years & is still just as delicious, even though they've expanded through franchising. It's great to see that the same quality & taste have been preserved. Dic Ann's is still creating amazing memories for the next generation.

The food was great! No need for more details needed on the food.
I did wait to change my review to make sure my next remark held true.

Your main clientele is a bunch of seniors like myself sneaking out to satisfy an urge.

Very rare do I see families, it's either a price issue for a family of 4 or a lack of marketing. I know it's both, who is going to replace the old customers if the kids don't get hooked on this great hamburger place.
Think ahead you guys in the head office.

Très bons burgers uniques à cette chaîne de restaurants. Un peu dispendieux par contre mais la nourriture & le service sont excellents.

Fais longtemps que je viens ici,& les 3 dernières fois que je suis venue manger! très très très déçu. Poutine qui trempe dans du jus pas une sauce!! du jus! presque pas viandes...fac assez ordinaire a mon avis.

Il y a longtemps que je n'avais mangé du Duc Ann's. Il faut aimer ce genre de galette hamburger mince qui trempe dans la sauce secrète. Même chose pour le hot dog. Je ne retournerai jamais plus chez Dic Ann's. Je préfère un vrai bon Dillalo double piment. Chacun ses goûts!

They refry their fries. Very bad (third time this happens in 2 months) & many ppl say that the fries are stale & refried.

Yeah, I share a similar experience as another reviewer. The woman who cleans the tables & trays does use the same rag for the bathroom. I watched her rinse out her rag in the bathroom, clean the sink, then go back into the restaurant, where she then cleaned the garbage can then more tables & trays. Don't think I want to go back to eat there.
