We went to Deli Planet, in Central Station, on Friday July 25th & had a great meal. The fries were the best my wife has ever had. She & my daughter split a smoked meat & I had a smoked meat pizza & they were awesome. A really big shout out to Tulu, our server. Really great service & a wonderful person. We will definitely be going back the next time we are in town.

We had our lunch at Deli Planet. We ordered Maverick Burger, Smoked Meat Sandwich, Goat Cheese Sandwich & Grilled Chicken Breast Fillet from HEROS ONLY special section. Also got Sangria blue & red Flavour & Margarita tequila for myself. Food was tasty & delicious. Had to wait for 15-20 mins which was fine, as they made it fresh. Staffs were super friendly & made sure our family had a great meal. NOTE: For those who don't know, Deli Planet is a full service American style restaurant established in Montreal since 1995. The word Deli Planet is derived from'The Daily Planet', a fictional newspaper appeared in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly in association with Superman. That's if you see in my pictures, posters of Deli Planet newspaper. Even the dining table is designed with the newspaper advertisement column with different languages. I loved the atmosphere & the presentation of the restaurant. Will definitely visit again once we would be in Montréal in coming months.View more

2024 April 3★ Located underground, this deli restaurant is big & spacious. Great for large groups & events. SMOKED MEAT COMBO $19 Smoked meat sandwch, coleslaw. Dill pickle, sweet pimento & fries. The smoke meat was ok. Meat was in Thin slices so it didn't have enough texture. Flavor of the smoke meat was also so so. Everything else was also so so.View more

Ate here through Comedyville & enjoyed it so much came back before boarding our train. Had pizza which was served in 12 minutes. Fluffy crust on the edges & thin in the middle with lots of cheese. Medium pizza haf 6 slices. Had wine with our meal & all cost $45 plus tip. Pizza is pizza for me so if I had more time I would have had the grilled chicken with rice & salad again. Best chicken I've ever had. My husband enjoyed the smoked meat too. Both dishes had loads of fries. Massive portions were served while at the comedy. I'll be back.View more

J'ai pris une commande pour emporter : poutine au smoked Meat. Je ne m'attendais pas à aussi gros pour le prix! Ce n'est vraiment pas cher. On aurait pu la manger à plusieurs! & c'était rapide pour la préparer. Bon service !!View more

Needed a bite between trains. This place looked inviting. Fantastic service from the moment my foot crossed the threshold.
I had my bags with me. The server offered me a place with room for my bags. Then when I asked about charging my phone she found me a spot for that.
Started with a nice Zinfandel that was refreshing.
The menu is extensive & in both French & English. Very helpful for a weary traveller.
I chose the Montreal Smoked meat with a side of coleslaw. The meat was tasty tender & obviously hand cut. The slices were a nice thickness. The coleslaw was nicely seasoned & just enough dressing so it wasn’t swimming in it. The dill pickles d pickled peppers were a nice addition.
If you are travelling through the Rail station or have a lay over between connections I’d recommend this spot. Away from the concourse. It offers a quiet relaxed place to rest & eat up before your next leg.
