We showed up at 6pm with no one in restaurant yet staff was very distracted so service was spotty. If you are from the states just know they are super reservations heavy so I saw people walk into this almost empty restaurant & they said no to seat them. Food was good so I'd go back when in town but definitely get reservation to avoid the hassle.View more

The service is spectacular, the food is literally a chefs kiss, so delicious so authentic! Also first time trying to mango sticky rice as a dessert, overall sooo great! I feel I could eat here almost everyday. We had the chicken pad Thai, red curry & green curry. & wow, will definitely be coming here again next time I'm in Montreal! It was my husband & I's first time at Den Sen Cuisine Thaïlandaise & we were blown away!!! Everything was so delicious, portions were PERFECT & service was awesome! We can't wait to come again! I came to this restaurant to try it out after a Thai friend recommended it. We ordered Yum Talay, soup Tom Kha with chicken & Pad Ka Prao with beef. Everything was so delicious & flavorful with attractive colors. We finished with Creme brulee pandan & sticky rice with mango which were absolutely top-notch. I just wish that the amount were bigger. I'm Asian, but even after eating all that food, I still didn't feel full.

I love my Issan papaya salad but it's a bit too salty, same as the Pad see ew. This brought me back to Thailand fr. I was surprised that they have ice cream with mango sticky rice too, it's sooooo GOOD! The owner is super friendly, let us tried the new dish.
I hate to see comments like'I've been to so many Thai restaurants it didn't taste like other Thai restaurants''the food is REPULSIVE' DO YOUR RESEARCH! Each part of Thailand has its own unique flavor, & they're not just sweet & sour!

Food was great, well seasoned with great use of fresh ingredients. Staff was positive, helpful in their suggestions. Food was served quickly & priced well & used to have fair portions, however portion sizes have dropped somewhat. However , Definitely still coming back & telling friends & family.View more

We went to eat at this restaurant, & would never come back. The food was sample sized, & the average price with tax was 25$ per plate. I had to get the waiter's attention to place our order (the two waiters stayed at the cash having a conversation, ignoring that we were trying to get their attention). I also had to get their attention for the bill (thus why 10% instead of 15% was given).View more

J y vais depuis longtemps & ça a toujours été super bon ! Malheuresement, les plats & les quantités ont changé depuis peu. Le khao soi a maintenant des pilons de poulet ce qui ne va pas du tout avec la soupe & ils mettent moins de bouillon. C'est bien dommage parce que les plats étaient délicieux. Food was great! Service was friendly & warm but the food came out slow. But worth the wait! Had the chicken wings, pad kra pao shrimp fried rice & the khao soi! All was DELICIOUS. The fried rice had that smokey (wok hai) flavour but it could've been stirred more (rice had clumps), the khao soi was rich & had a deep beef & coconut flavour, Wings were big & crispy! Other than the slow food service, everything was great.View more

Update: second visit, the service was very different this time. The owner of the restaurant has changed. We ordered the same plate as last time yet it was completely different. The Khao soi dish is in the soup section on their menu yet it had barely any broth, it was very different from last time. We received the appetizers at the end after we had finished all of our plates & we had to cancel one of the appetizers because it never arrived.
I left the restaurant still hungry & disappointed.
The food was delicious!!! We ordered many dishes on the menu & they were all so good. We will be going back to this restaurant for sure.View more

Absolutely stunning. We found this place totally by accident on our trip to Montreal, just happened to be hungry in that area & my wife is Thai so we spotted Thai food & just jumped for it, & it ended up being a huge highlight of our trip. Food was delicious & VERY reasonably priced, huge portion sizes, & visually gorgeous. My wife got the mango salad & the Deksen Tom Yum, & I got the special, the agneau panang, with the iced green tea. Absolutely gorgeous--the lamb was SPOON tender, absolutely falling off the bone, & the sauce was smooth & super flavorful. Her shrimp were perfectly cooked & everything tasted amazing. Service was quick & attentive, & we were genuinely shocked at how much food we got for so little money. We will 100% visit again next time we're in town. I will edit this post if I visit again. Unfortunately my dish came out cold. My friend & I both ordered Panang curry, hers with shrimp & I had the special with lamb & it was completely cold. The meat, the curry & the eggplant were all cold. I asked for additional curry to warm it up which they gave me. The bill came & it wasn't deducted or discounted at all. In this economy the small things matter. The crispy calamari was excellent.View more
