Pasta has no flavour & the soup took 20 minutes as they had issues making the first two. I switched from the restaurant to the bar, great service & watched the Stanley cub finals. Extremely disappointed we were asked to leave with 10 minutes left in the game.

Very accessible since it's right inside the courtyard where we stayed. I had the ham & Swiss cheese benedict, everything tasted fresh, including the fruits. Service was fast & the ambiance was great.

Cuisine exquise & service hors pair! « Quelle belle découverte! Nous avons mangé au Darlington Boire & Manger & honnêtement, c'est le meilleur steak que j'ai mangé de ma vie. Le contre-filet de boeuf Black Angus, cuit médium saignant, était d'une tendreté exceptionnelle & tellement savoureux… un vrai coup de coeur! Le service était impeccable & l'ambiance très agréable. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation, nous y retournerons assurément! »

I have stayed at this hotel a few times & every time I visited the Darlington for drinks or food it has been a great experience, mostly because or the friendly staff who have always made me feel welcome with lively conversation which was greatly appreciated as a solo traveller. Looking forward to coming back at some point!
