This is the only DQ I know of with a nice rooftop terrace! We come here at least once a week during the summer.

I've never in my life received such bad service at an ice cream joint. Despite 3/5 blizzards being made poorly with ZERO toppings (when we asked for 2 toppings per blizzard), the staff was so extremely rude & acted as if us being there was such a burden. When we asked for them to be re-made, the manager was nice enough to re-make them but one employee started whining & complaining about how they are overworked & how he is' so tired' & giving us attitude.
Truly an awful experience. I'm just trying to get an ice cream, don't need to feel like I'm such an inconvenience :)

I've gone to this location 5 times within the last 1-2 months & every time I go they never have any chili hot dogs…
Why is is on the menu if you don't have any.

Went through the drive-thru for a fun treat & the staff got our three orders completely wrong. When prompted to fix them they lied about the flavours & handed us different blizzards that were still incorrect :( Poor customer service in general & what seemed to be lack of training.

The girl at the counter had a very rude attitude. My son politely asked what flavors were available, & she replied,'Nothing,' in a dismissive tone. Because of that, we ended up with overly sugary ice cream instead of something we would have actually chosen. Very disappointing customer service & a poor experience.
