This place is uniquely situated riverside so that is quite pleasant. The price gouging is par for the course & the quality of the ingredients are probably on the low end but for a once in a while indulgence it suffices

My Smarties blizzard was dusted pieces of chocolate, & it turned to liquid before I got halfway through it. General consensus seems to be that it's good, but this experience was garbage.

This is mine & my daughter's favorite place. Great food. About 15 dollars a person. & she loves when you order a blizzard that they hold it upside down.
