I would say the food is more Columbian 90%, than Cuban 10%. Don't let that stop you from coming. The food is bussin! Portion sizes are enormous! Come hungry leave stuffed!

Cuban Tamal - maybe 3 pieces of chorizo, but the corn meal was flavorful!
Columbian Empanada- skip that tbh, there mini bites & there's no meat in it, it's odd & they have the salsa verde that pairs with it.
The Bandeja Paisa was slammin! Generous amounts of meat! Rice, tostone, maduro, a salad , chorizo, egg, steal, pork belly omg & the beans- phenomenal, melt in your mouth beans jeez!!! No avocado is provided.
Wife got the chicken platter she loved it & was stuffed!

The food haven't bad testing, it was nice. However, & this is only my personal opinion, the tamal doesn't need to have the corn kernel because the cuban tamal is made with ground corn; it tasted very good though. The ropa vieja wasn't very tasty, frijoles were nice as well as the croquetas. & the reason why I give this score is because the music is very high even during the dinner hours, so you have to scream if you want to keep a conversation ongoing. It could be less louder since the place is small.
Mis à part l'ambiance quand le chanteur commence , rien ne donne le goût d'y retourner. La cuisine on en parle pas . Des aliments congelés de grande surface & un chef qui devrait se recycler. La cuisine cubaine n'est vraiment pas bien représenté. Trop cuit , trop fade. Vraiment dommage. & pour EL PATRON, prend le temps d'aller vers TES clients pour t'informer de leurs expériences. Faire des vidéos pour les réseaux sociaux ne sera pas suffisant pour la survie de ton entreprise qui a beaucoup de potentiel.
Le concept du restaurent ok c'est sur que quand la musique commence c'est quand même cool. Question nouriture, vraiment très déçu sérieusement!! J'ai pris le boeuf effiloché qui ne goûtait que les bine qui venais avec. Mon amie a pris un steak & le steak était comme à Cuba. Je voyage depuis 25 ans dans ce pays & j'y ait aussi des amis la bas & je n'ai pas trouvé que ce restaurent rendait honneur à la culture.
De très grosse assiettes mais qualité de la bouffe malheureusement n'était pas au rendez vous.
