Every time we're in or around Montreal, Cuba Paisa is a must. We stop for lunch & always order extra plates to bring home for later. The food is consistently excellent & has never disappointed us. Today I tried their Cuban sandwich & WOW. Hands down the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had. Already looking forward to our next stop!

This was kind of an strange visit because the food wasn't bad at all but the service was really bad, they didn't knew which table to bring the dishes to, they brought me a bunch of plates meant for other people & took forever to bring ours. When we ordered dessert, the man replied rudely-acting almost as if he were trying to kick us out. Honestly, I wouldn't come back, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

La bandeja paisa estuvo muy rica y bien preparada, realmente disfruté mucho la comida. 🇨🇴❤?

Lo único que considero que deberían mejorar es la atención al cliente. Durante la visita tuve que pararme varias veces para ir a buscar a la mesera porque no venía a la mesa. Tuve que pedir servilletas, agua, un tenedor y hasta el menú, porque no nos lo habían traído. Creo que el servicio podría ser un poco más atento y estar pendiente de las necesidades de los clientes.

También, tenían una reservación a las 8:00pm y nosotros estábamos consumiendo bastante: pedimos comida, vino y varias cosas más. Eran apenas las 7:00 p. m. y ya sentíamos como que querían que nos fuéramos porque tenían una reservación. Entiendo que tenían reservación , pero creo que se podría manejar de una manera más amable.

Fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien y la comida estuvo deliciosa. Espero que puedan mejorar ese aspecto porque el restaurante tiene mucho potencial. Volvería por la bandeja paisa, que estuvo excelente. 🇨🇴❤?

Ni una estrella merece, atención súper mala desde la entrada ni se inmutan por sentarte. Luego el mesero más distraído, ni recordaba nuestra orden, nos dejó esperando media hora y cuando regresó no sabía ni qué le habíamos pedido. No disculpas, ni siquiera un intento de nada.
