I ordered their specialty unique Crusty's Burger 🍔 & was one of the best burgers I had really. With a very fresh seasoned home like prepared piece of meat 🍖 topped by a 1cm thick Crust covered & melted covering piece of Motzzarella cheese stuffed in a Brioche like bread bun.
It tingeled & mesmerized my taste buds...
Coupled by the perfectly 👌 fried potato 🥔 wedges, it was a superb meal for the entire 1st week of January 2026.
Please Crusty's NDG owners, keep going on this outstanding path of delicious & rightly priced meals.
Next time, I will bring my family of 6 members to more dercoverv & enjoy this unbelievable fast food restaurant: Crusty's NDG...

I've lived near this place for the last 3 years but I've never been inside. It looks cool but it never seems to have many people so I didn't feel a big pull towards it.
Every first Wednesday of the month, my fiancée, her mom & I try a different restaurant on Sherbrooke that we've never been to, & this time it was Crustys.
We started off as the only ones there & then another couple showed up a bit after. I'm quite surprised they don't have more people honestly.
The place itself has pretty cool vibes. The decor is nice, bathrooms are clean & we were allowed to control the radio ourselves.
The lady at the counter, I think maybe the owner? Was super nice, made sure everything we ordered was correct & recommended trying different sauces for free. She even came back to our table & gave us more fries, I'm assuming so they didn't go to waste which I thought was great.
The food was quite good, I was surprised considering how quiet this place always looks. I didn't have high expectations to be honest but I'll definitely be returning. I'm not a big fries person but I really enjoyed theirs.
The food was great but just for the service, I'd highly recommend this place. She definitely knows how to make a client feel like their time in the restaurant is valued & appreciated.
It's good had the american cheese burger with some fries. The only suggestion i would have is don't forget to offer the guest condiments on departure of a'togo' order. Besides that everything was wonderful.
This restaurant takes burgers to a whole new level! Their burgers are not just delicious but also incredibly creative.
The French fries are absolutely amazing & unlike anything I've had before. The staff were so welcoming & friendly, & they went above & beyond to help me customize my meal since I have allergies. I left full, happy, & already planning my next visit. Highly recommended!
Service was excellent at the person at the cash was very helpful & caring.
Food was ok. It took about 25 minutes from the time we ordered. We ordered a chicken burger & a wings combo. The wings & chicken burger felt like they were fresh, but also not as crispy as they should have been. Perhaps an issue with how they are prepared. We had curly fries & Mac & cheese. Usually curly fries are a bit spicier but they were well cooked & crispy. Mac n cheese could have been more seasoned & tasted bland, only really tasting of pepper.
The space was lacking appeal. While the decor is original, the patio area felt worn & barren. Tables were pealing, dirty & didn't look like they were maintained.
Overall I wasn't impressed with the food quality enough to give it more than three stars.

Great burgers & fries. Doritos Burger is my favourite. Only problem is that burgers are a bit too big to handle, but most people like that. Atmosphere is golden.
It's fine. Im pretty sure they put something in the chicken though. I got sick last two times I've been there. … I don't think I'll be going back. It definitely satisfies the fried chicken itch, but there's better food nearby
This is a really great spot for halal fast food! Everything is fresh, clean & super tasty. I went with my family & the vibes were great. Lovely atmosphere, big sitting area & very welcoming staff. They offer a large variety of different sandwiches, burgers, sauces & poutines. I tried the fried chicken burger & it was amazing: very generous portion & incredible taste. We also tried the poutine & fajita sub, both very yummy. This restaurant reminded me of the ones back in Lebanon. So, if you're a foodie looking for halal options in Montreal, definitely check Crusty's out!

The owner is very courteous & very vigilant about clients in all corners of the store. The environment is very teen-friendly & kids loved the furniture & the concept. Tables are very clean & the food was really delicious. Halal certified 100%
Best burger & fries I've ever had in my life!!😌 I was craving a cheeseburger for weeks & I got The American & it's safe to say, I'm never eating burgers anywhere else again! Sooo delicious & I'm not usually a fry person but the fries were soo good too! Also the staff & atmosphere was wonderful. 10/10!!
Went for supper. At this time of the day it's getting cold & the front door is wide opened. Too cold for me even indoors. When you come in, the man at the counter gives us menus & said "you pick something & come & order here. I'll bring it to your table" Very nice man. He came to take it anyway. Thank you. He helped us choose & recommends dishes. I ordered 3 chicken filet & fries . Fries excellent, chicken super dry! My husband ordered Mac & cheese & fries & wings. Wings were good, mac & cheese he didn't like Quite expensive $50 inc tip Had potential as far as atmosphere but it quickly fades away when your teeth are clacking. Would def NOT recommend Sorry dude!
This is a very unique looking place. Really enjoyed the food it was perfectly cooked & prepared. The lovely young lady on the cash was amazing, very friendly & respectful. She gave us some recommendations & made sure we were aware of any spicy food we order or sauces. If you are looking for a good diner style restaurant I recommend giving this place a try. FYI, this is a halal restaurant.
Super friendly staff, very clean & a good environment, but I wish more people would discover this hidden gem! The decor is cool & the food is yummy. If you have the Mac attack...it will attack you (in a good way), it's really good but very filling!
Great Place to have a fast food lunch , good price , big portion & friendly staff, we order the Doritos burger & it was fantastic WITH CURLY FRIES , I recommend this place
