Food doesn't look nothing like pictures hamburger patties are paper thin & burnt service was horrible couldn't understand me & even when I spoke French they barely knew what I was saying. On top of all that it costed extra to put cheese on a poutine why call it a poutine if I need to add cheese when the order already costed 65$. Was excited to try this restaurant looked really good on the website but was very disappointed when I went to go eat it, literally worse food I've had McDonald's taste better & it's cheaper.

Ordered 2 burgers ( Sandwich only) 1 Chicken volcano ( practically a Cup filled with fries & 2 pieces of chicken & cheese sauce) & 1 small mac n cheese. I paid about 53-55$. The order was takeout. They really need to work on their packaging, the burgers were soggy & half wrapped in paper ( taste was ok but nothing special). The'Volcano' was a plastic cup & wrapped in plastic wrap (on hot material doesn't bod well). Mac n cheese packaging was good, but it was tasteless. Overall a very underwhelming experience. Although I think the place has good potential given the good ambiance & the service, imo they need to rethink their menu, packaging & prices. Realign with the competition. 5 min extra drive would get far superior food quality. Until changes are made I am not interested in giving them another try.

J'ai commander via Uber . J'ai commander le mac&cheese avec Doritos & steak. En faite ce que j'ai reçu contenait des champignons. Il n'y avait pas de Doritos & les champignons sont de la même couleur que la viande donc, ça la vraiment gâcher mon repas . Si vous n'avez pas d'un item, essayez pas de le remplacer par autre choses sans contacter la personne d'abord.

4.5 over 5. The food was decent & we liked it. Their chicken wings were good, lightly crispy on the outside, hot & juicy on the inside. We also tried their beef submarine, it was more like a Philly cheese steak sandwich than a sub though, decent. Food was great for dine-in & I could understand why others gave this restaurant a low rating for takeouts... These foods aren't particularly great for delivery. The interior decor is 10/10! Lots of character, screaming some 90s & 00s vibes. The exterior is another story lol, I've been around for years & passed this area many times, but never bother trying it out cos it looks kinda meh outside. 😅 I gave this place a 5 to boost its rating, I think it should be a little close to 4.5. Definitely give this place a chance. 👍🏻

Worst poutine i have ever had in Montreal! The gravy sauce is very salty, the fries are soggy!! Their Mac cheese is flavourless, no seasoning ,just tasteless cheese! My order was to go! Not sure if it’s same experience when eating at the restaurant!

The ambiance & decor of this place are out of this world! Not only does the outside look cool, but once you go inside of the resto, every wall is painted with cool designs & poster, each table is space-themed, the TV displays a space-themed video. The music supports the vibes & there are retro arcade games you can play for free. Not only is the bathroom super clean, but it is insane decor-wise with LED lights & amazing wall art. The food is as good as the other Crusty's in Laval... My mac & cheese was delicious, & my friends nuggets were juicy delicious. The burgers were great & so were the fries & drinks we had, just small differences between the taste here & the other place. Nonetheless, the food was really good, just different than we expected. I would definitely recommend this place, it is absolutely great.
