The Croissant Croissant adventure began in late 2015, driven by Matthieu Virloget, a passionate artisan trained at Ferrandi Paris, one of the most prestigious French gastronomy schools.

Guided by a desire to introduce Montréalers to the authenticity of French viennoiserie, he envisioned a concept centered around an iconic product: the croissant.

A few months after opening the first café on the Plateau Mont-Royal, Aurélie Baravian joined the venture, bringing her expertise in management and customer service.

Meilleur croissant en ville! Nous habitons tous près de ce café & le plus diffcile est de ne pas y aller tous les jours. Le service est impécable, les viennoiseries & leur cafés sont incroyables, l'ambiance est calme & conviviale.

Croissant Croissant est la plus belle découverte que nous avons fait depuis notre retour à Montréal.

Beau Café'3ième vague' avec une déco épurée & de haut plafonds.
Leur café a un bon goût fragrant sans être trop agressif & leurs viennoiseries goûtent l'expertise du boulanger qui les fait juste derrière.
Bravo!
