A must go for any tourist visiting Montreal, very beautiful architecture & ambiance. However, it's just that. Drinks are a bit overpriced, there's always a long line, half the seating is reserved for paying members, etc. Staff is friendly & still a great place to stop by, but nothing extraordinary.View more

L'endroit rappelle un peu le style New-Yorkais; beaucoup de films d'ailleurs sont tournés dans ce lieu emblématique. Un endroit à visiter absolument avec une pause dans ce café. It is amazing place if you like historical places as it was the RBC bank & it really looks very luxury. Regarding the food & drinks it was quite expensive with medium quality. The service was ok but not that great too. I ordered cafe latte with lavender it came very sweet & cold really cold, & when I asked the waitress to warm it for me & make it less sweet she said that she can't warm it but can add some coffee or milk which turn it worse. The smoked salmon also looks good but under expectations in taste.View more

The coffee shop is located inside an old bank building. Very nice location, the contrast between the modern contemporary look of the coffee shop design & the building make it special. The taste of the coffee is so so. But they do make a different, highly recommendedView more
A bit pricy but you pay for the decor which is beautiful. You don't feel like you are in a coffee but inside an European Museum. It's really worth the visit (& the coffee too!) Friendly staff & good food as wellView more

A staple of Montreal. Coffee is just ok & the line up usually long but the vibe is great (if you can get a spot). Always a tourist pleaser. Special interest for any military history buffs: 2 impressive plaques to honour Great War heroes who worked at the bank back then but went to fight for our freedom. We will remember them.View more

This is a beautiful space to come & drink coffee or to work. & the coffee is good. Unfortunately, the place is let down by its apathetic staff. Even with six people behind the desk, I still had to wait to give my order (one girl watched me wait in line while twiddling her thumbs). The men behind the counter stare & ogle the pretty girls, & aren't remotely subtle about it. & I've not once seen any of the staff crack a smile. So, come for the surroundings, not for the service.View more
Ordered the popcorn coffee & I loved it ! No complaints whatsoever. The place is beautiful , it can be a bit crowded but that doesn't discount the quality of coffee they serve.View more
