Stunning space & cool concept - it unfortunately took us 30 minutes in line to get to the point where we ordered our coffee. After another 15-20 minutes we ended up leaving without getting our coffee as people who were 5 spots ahead of us in line had STILL not been served. Not properly staffed & it was extremely frustrating to see employees continuing on at a glacial pace while seemingly not caring one bit that they were wasting other people's time.View more
10-15min wait to order, another 25-30 min to get 1 cappuccino around 11am on a weekday. Will not come back. There are other better cafes with better coffees around Montreal.View more

Location & coffee are truly amazing. However you shouldn't be in a rush when you go there because it takes forever to get your order unfortunately. (It was super crowded but 25 minutes for a coffee is annoying).View more
Beautiful venue in a great location. Terrible service. Be advised that they have suddenly changed their policies & do not allow dogs, even if they are quiet & very well behaved. (We heard they were previously allowed).
There is no sign indicating they do not allow dogs. In fact it says the cafe is open to the public & the wait staff loved our dogs & told us they were welcome.
But then the security guard came & kicked us out in a public manner without explanation, which was very unpleasant.
As a result we did not eat here & would probably not return.View more

Beautiful building & great spot to sit. But it took them 32 minutes to make a latte. Absurd. & they weren’t very nice about it when people were asking when their coffee would be ready. I would go to view but not order coffee.View more
Kind of dark & gloomy inside.. but the real issue is paying for an overpriced cappuccino & then waiting 45 minutes to receive it.
They have 30 people waiting for their orders, yet they continue taking new orders one after another.View more
Beautiful atmosphere. Not-so-beautiful coffee. While the interiors were something to take in, the coffee is something to spit out. I wasn’t bitter about the architecture, just the sour beans. I know you’ve got art on the walls, but can I please see some on my coffee too?View more
Mauvaise expérience au Crew café! Nous étions les premiers arrivés à l’ouverture à 8 h! Nous avons eu notre café à 8:15. Juste rappeler qu’il n’y a pas que des touristes mais des gens qui travaillent aussi. Le personnel était froid & non accueillant. Presque pas de table pour s’asseoir, beaucoup trop de sofas. Difficile de manger un croissant sur un sofa! Surfait ce café. Juste le décor qui en vaut la peine.View more
