'Loved the interior, everything looked awesome! Just a bit too crowded to sit & enjoy a coffee.'View more
Lovely place, but it is crowded. Definitely worth a visit but probably won't become an everyday thing for most.View more
Beautiful place but can be overly crowded so go earlyView more
Beautiful space but quite crowded. I also found it really stuffy & warm inside :( that said the coffee was good & it is truly in a gorgeous buildingView more
The vibe is magical but it's usually so crowded & nearly impossible to find somewhere to sit down & enjoy your drinks / food. I would definitely go back thoView more
Great place & coffee but crowded & chance you find a place to sit is minimalView more
Really cool cafe, a little crowded but I wouldn't hold that against them.View more
Great place to take pictures with fast service. Very crowded with tourists, coffee was good & the pastries ok compared to other places aroundView more
Great atmosphere. We went at the right time, around 2pm & it wasn't overly crowded. Long lines & no seats an hour later. The drinks were good, pastries good though a little overpriced. The interior is spectacular. I was talking pictures with my phone & camera. After an hour someone told me that it isn't aloud to take pictures with camera, only with phone.View more
A busy local n tourist spot. Has WiFi. Can be very crowded n seating in demand but worth a look at the heritage architecture.View more
Its an old bank that is turned into a coffee shop. If your not familiar with the location, it can be tough to find & one would think that it would not be to crowded. With the crowd there is a long line to place your food &/or coffee order. When we were there, it was very crowded. The seating can be tough. They have reserve seating that is always reserved. The coffee is good.View more
This review is for coworking. I am sure it is a good cafe. But I would not recommend this place if you're looking to work as a serious professional. First, it is quite loud - because it's really one big open building, like the old school banks. Second, you are not allowed to bring your own food & drink despite paying for the day pass. If you're a remote worker, this will be very bizarre to you. Forget grabbing lunch or ice cream at a nearby place & bringing it in. Third, as you can only eat their own food, you have to keep in mind that this place is mainly a popular cafe with some coworking thrown in. You will stand in line behind 20 tourists in order to buy food or drink. Note, there is no free water or tea like every coworking space on the planet provides. Lastly, it is too crowded outside the office area. You have to walk through the crowd in order to use the bathroom, get a drink, etc. I just don't see what the point is of the coworking facility.View more
This place is dope. Solid for working remote- good wifi & coffee was outstanding. It was really crowded but I could still get a seat easily. A bit loud.View more
Beautiful cafe with a nice vibe, highly recommend if you want something more chic & borderline 1920s. Very busy & crowded tho, & closes pretty early! Overall the drinks were good.View more
The interior is gorgeous. The iced tea I had was fine as far as iced tea goes. I had a salmon bagel, It was fine. The seating is crowded & the line is long. I can see this being popular for people trying to work, but for a tourist, its better to go someplace less busy with more artisan or specialty coffee, which there are plenty of options, some nearby.View more
The layout of the cafe & furniture sucks, which is a shame because the building is beautiful. Its constantly crowded, not really comfortable to read or work at. Large crowds with tons of children even on weekdays. The I ordered an overpriced mediocre hot chocolate & was underwhelmed. The staff is good & fast. Its only ok if you want a selfie for instagram.View more
Mediocre Coffee & Pastries, Went for Expresso macchiato & Chai Latte. Worth it for the architecture, can be over crowded which is a bit of an off for me, you can book a private room for a fee of 15$/hr.View more
Line up was too long, placed is crowded with people with no room to sit. If you are going for pics, they don't come out too well as the highlight is mostly the ceilings.View more
Interior is magnificent. Really beautiful. The cafe is quite crowded & a bit noisy. Working space is available. Coffee price is higher from other stores 3 things for 26.21. I ordered dulce de latte & cold brew lemonade. Personally, The tastes are okay, nothing that special. We also ordered Brioche orange, i can smell the orange but nothing special, just the bread & taste a bit sweet, texture is like a bread kept outside so a bit hard.View more
Brioche orange tastes like a 20 cent dollar bread. Coffee is okay. Decoration is perfect but it's too dim & crowded. You hardly find a seat.View more
Can be on the crowded side but we were lucky to find a spot but nice place to hang out & catch up with friends :)View more
Crew Collective & Café's disappointing drinks are further overshadowed by its inconvenient booking system, additional fees for side booths, & overcrowded atmosphere. Cold Brew: Harsh & acidic, lacking the smooth, mellow flavor expected from a good cold brew, & filled with too much ice. Matcha Lemonade: A total rip-off-overly sweet with an artificial taste, barely noticeable matcha flavor, & lots of ice diluting the drink. The requirement to book side booths & pay additional fees adds unnecessary hassle to the experience, compounded by the over-crowded ambiance. Overall, these drinks are not worth the price, wait, or added inconvenience of an overcrowded environment. Better options are available elsewhere.View more
Great for a one-time visit & to click pictures. Aesthetically pleasing, decent pricing, fast service & an ordinary menu. Not enough seating if the place gets too crowded. we tried the 3 cheese grilled cheese & chicken mozzarella sandwich. The food is average but it's a good place to chill.View more
Located in a gorgeous old bank building, this coffee shop is a must see in Montreal. Usually it is very crowded & you have to wait to to find a seat to sip your coffee, but still worth to visit since it is not your ordinary cafe.View more
Disappointed. & not great for actually co-work as they claim. For your info : the main parts for co working are NOT for free : you gotta be a member or something. The people who dont pay for the place are packed in one little area. Not very good to work, because it seems always super crowded. Super arrogant vibe. Very expensive - like for a bagel 15 dollars? With taxes i had to spend 25 dollars for a latte & a small bagel...! Nop. Wont come back.View more
Ordered the popcorn coffee & I loved it ! No complaints whatsoever. The place is beautiful , it can be a bit crowded but that doesn't discount the quality of coffee they serve.View more
One my favorite cafes in Montreal. If you are a tourist you must come here, read about the history of this place which was the royal bank of canada building, & enjoy the architecture inside, now the cafe has casual seatings & it is always crowded weekdays & weekends but with patience you will eventually secure a place. They also have office rooms with different sizes that you can reserve for a fee, perfect for meetings & presentations. Their coffee is great & pastry too Service is good but expect a line up The only con is that they close early as 4 pm But overall will always be special no matter how many time Ive visited it!View more
