Tragic operating model. One cashier, one person making coffee, one person making sandwiches, & a constant 50 person lineup.View more
A staple of Montreal. Coffee is just ok & the line up usually long but the vibe is great (if you can get a spot). Always a tourist pleaser. Special interest for any military history buffs: 2 impressive plaques to honour Great War heroes who worked at the bank back then but went to fight for our freedom. We will remember them.View more
Beautiful location, decent items on the menu! But a super long wait & generally pricey items. Worth a stop even just to view the interioView more
Ordered the popcorn coffee & I loved it ! No complaints whatsoever. The place is beautiful , it can be a bit crowded but that doesn't discount the quality of coffee they serve.View more
This place is so gorgeous irl❤️ Food & drinks did ended up being quite expensive but we do think everything tasted great!View more
When I am in town, I enjoy visiting this place. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, & reasonably priced. The cafe staff is efficient & thoughtful, & of course, the location of this establishment is monumentally beautiful. Today I had a Montreal bagel with cream cheese & a latte. If you've never had a Montreal bagel, you must try one. They are easily the best bagels in the world. Treat yourself to a good cup of coffee, a bite to eat, & soak up the unique & truly unforgettable location & atmosphere.View more
Nice cafe & workspaces in an old bank building. Good coffee.View more
Food was just okay. It's the coffee & setting that really sells the place.View more
One my favorite cafes in Montreal. If you are a tourist you must come here, read about the history of this place which was the royal bank of canada building, & enjoy the architecture inside, now the cafe has casual seatings & it is always crowded weekdays & weekends but with patience you will eventually secure a place. They also have office rooms with different sizes that you can reserve for a fee, perfect for meetings & presentations. Their coffee is great & pastry too Service is good but expect a line up The only con is that they close early as 4 pm But overall will always be special no matter how many time Ive visited it!View more
Beaaaautiful place yes but the quality of the drinks is not consistent. Just now, I paid $7 including tip for this thing they call it latte. The milk foam is not of good latte. So sad.View more
The style, architecture, building, coffee, pastries All in all Is a must see 🍀View more
The place was very cozy but the service was average. The food was very somewhat ok.View more
Un endroit a visiter, c'est grandiose, bien plus qu'un simple café.View more
