Review Summary

Crew 360 Saint-Jacques is widely celebrated for its breathtaking architecture and historical charm, as it is housed within a stunning, former bank building. Visitors frequently describe the space as a must-visit destination in Montreal, praising its grand atmosphere, ornate details, and unique environment that makes it perfect for photography or a memorable coffee break. While experiences with food and beverage quality can vary, many guests enjoy the specialty lattes, fresh pastries, and bagels. Although the venue is often busy due to its popularity, most visitors appreciate the efficient service and the variety of seating options available, including dedicated areas for remote work. Even with occasional wait times or crowded conditions, the overall aesthetic and vibrant energy make this café a standout experience for locals and tourists alike.

Tragic operating model. One cashier, one person making coffee, one person making sandwiches, & a constant 50 person lineup.

A staple of Montreal. Coffee is just ok & the line up usually long but the vibe is great (if you can get a spot). Always a tourist pleaser. Special interest for any military history buffs: 2 impressive plaques to honour Great War heroes who worked at the bank back then but went to fight for our freedom. We will remember them.

Beautiful location, decent items on the menu! But a super long wait & generally pricey items. Worth a stop even just to view the interio

Ordered the popcorn coffee & I loved it ! No complaints whatsoever. The place is beautiful , it can be a bit crowded but that doesn't discount the quality of coffee they serve.

When I am in town, I enjoy visiting this place. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, & reasonably priced. The cafe staff is efficient & thoughtful, & of course, the location of this establishment is monumentally beautiful. Today I had a Montreal bagel with cream cheese & a latte. If you've never had a Montreal bagel, you must try one. They are easily the best bagels in the world. Treat yourself to a good cup of coffee, a bite to eat, & soak up the unique & truly unforgettable location & atmosphere.
