Came here in a Saturday morning in July, right before 9am. Food is good, service is good. They forgot one of our dishes but were quickly to resolve. Coffee is good too.

Les desserts & les boissons sont délicieux, & l'endroit est excellent, très chaleureux. En revanche, la caissière aurait vraiment besoin de prendre quelques vacances. Elle a une très mauvaise attitude : elle ne fait même pas un geste ou ne montre aucune expression quand on lui pose une question sur un produit ou lorsqu'on passe une commande. On a l'impression qu'elle n'a aucune envie d'être là. Personne ne demande un traitement spécial, mais la moindre des choses serait d'avoir une attitude aimable envers les clients.

The food was terrible ! Fake bacon (not mentioned on menu) , first price chicken & cheese poured into a crepe.
0 service but force the client to pay first
Washroom were not clean & not acceptable conditions
Very bad experience for a lunch stop in a visit of Montreal

It was very busy here tonight after the Fever show let out. They were working hard to keep up & we didn't mind that the crepes were taking awhile as we enjoyed out cookies. They were nice enough to bring us an extra crepe with the two we ordered on the house. Really nice staff & really great food.

I went with my partner to get some ice cream & came away with much more than that-in a good way, of course. I want to give a special shout-out to Federico, who served us with such positive energy & patience! ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?

The worst customer service I've experienced.
There were no labels identifying the gelato flavors, & when we asked the staff member for help, she seemed reluctant to answer our questions.
We purchased two gelatos, but when we tried to sit down, we were told we couldn't use the seating because we had'only ice cream.' There were plenty of empty tables, yet we were forced to go outside & eat on the street. It was both disappointing & unnecessary.
If I had known this was their policy, I would have asked for a refund instead of supporting a business with such poor customer service.
To make matters worse, the gelato itself wasn't particularly good, so the overall experience was very disappointing.

A beatiful local, with a very good quality. Delicious
