Tourist trap. I walked into this shop for gelato bcos of the amount of reviews. Disappointed with gelato which the flavor didn't match with what the scooper told me. There are no tags on the gelato tank.

Ordered a Nutella, banana, & strawberry crepe for $21 - a steep price for one crepe. Service was really slow: I ordered at 3:51 pm & by 4:08 pm still hadn't gotten it, so I had to go up & ask what happened. Turned out they'd forgotten the order.

We've never experienced poor service like this. We stopped in for a crepe & coffee today. First we were told we couldn't sit until we had ordered, & a girl came over & told us we had to stand. Then they overcharged us. Coffee was very average. Final straw, my husband went to the counter to order ice cream for our 5 year old & 3 year old & was told they couldn't eat ice cream in the cafe, could only take it away. My poor kids were crying for ice cream. We even saw them walk over to two women who had sat down with ice cream & asked them to leave. It's like they didn't want customers.

The salmon crepe was good. Shame about the awful service & ridiculous'rules'.

l'extérieur, l'endroit est très beau, mais malheureusement, l'intérieur laisse à désirer. Les toilettes étaient très sales, tout comme certains murs. Personnellement, j'ai également eu de fortes douleurs au ventre après avoir bu le latte. Une expérience assez décevante, surtout au niveau de l'hygiène.

I understand why this has so many stars, it's right near the Notre Dame Basilica & is the perfect place for when you get caught in the rain. HOWEVER, coffee was undrinkable & tasted like the machine has never been cleaned. The crepe was edible. The entire vibe felt completely mismatched & chaotic.
