Les employés sont pas du tout acceuillants. Leur glace n'est pas bonne, toutes les saveurs ont le même goût. Que du lait. Je me suis assis sur une table, il y avait des traces de crème mais j'aime bien leur décor bien que c'est restreint. J'espère qu'ils vont améliorer leur service & leur produit.

J'ai vu énormément de hype passer sur les réseaux sociaux concernant la nouvelle Crémerie Arlequin à Saint-Eustache, alors il fallait absolument que j'aille tester leur menu. C'est instantanément devenu l'un de mes spots préférés ! On goûte vraiment la différence avec leurs gelatos & sorbets artisanaux faits maison-ils sont préparés à base de vrais fruits, ce qui les rend incroyablement frais, naturels & savoureux.La boutique sur la rue Saint-Laurent est super moderne, impeccable & vraiment charmante. De plus, l'équipe sur place est incroyablement accueillante, souriante & patiente. Que vous preniez un gelato, une slush aux vrais fruits ou une de leurs gourmandises glacées, les portions sont généreuses & la qualité est impeccable. Une vraie perle dans la région !

live close to this creamery, so I was hoping it would become one of my regular spots. Unfortunately, the ice cream wasn't quite to my taste. I personally prefer a more natural, authentic ice cream flavor, which I didn't really find here. For those who enjoy that style of ice cream, my personal favorite is Bouza in Laval. Of course, taste is subjective, & others may enjoy it more than I did!

The service was amazing, the girl working when I went was bilingual & very friendly. I got a pistachio frappé & my daughter got a bubble slush, both happy with what we choose. Will definitely go back.

accidentally paid with credit on apple pay instead of my debit & the employee at the cash started slamming things & being super rude. insanely immature & rude behaviour i will never come back.
