Use to be my favourite spot. I use to come exclusively for the liver sandwich but for some reason they took it off the menu. Since that day, i haven't came back. Such a confusing chance of their menu. Why take off your best item ? Wish them the best.
Crazy Falafel used to be my go-to delivery place a couple of years ago. Until their service started to deteriorate. It's been more than 5 times that I order a simple sandwich that comes wrong. Yesterday, I called to complain because it's not acceptable to have the order delivered wrong every single time. They didn't care, they said they realized the order was wrong right after the uber driver left & did nothing about it. Instead, they asked me to pick up the sandwich from the store because their drivers are busy. They also didn't care that the orders were wrong every time. Instead, they just suggested that I order something else the day after. What a joke! & their food is always soggy by the way. If someone would ask me about them, I will definitely not encourage them to order from there.

This is the 2nd time I eat from Crazy Falafel, the falafel sandwich was delicious & the Cheeseburger which I ordered now is mind-blowing, it is the same one we make home.

Great place for falafel & burgers!the other sandwichs are great as well, The falafel is crispy, flavorful, & tastes very fresh. Burgers are juicy, well-seasoned, & made with quality ingredients. Portions are generous, service is friendly, & the place is clean.staff were awesome, Definitely worth a visit & highly recommended.
Le sandwich n'est plus comme avant.
Avant, j'avais mis cinq étoiles, & maintenant je change d'avis : une seule étoile.
Je leur ai donné trois chances, & à chaque fois je me sens déçu(e).
Le sandwich falafel n'a ni sauce ni tomates, le goût a complètement changé, & il arrive froid & dur.
En conclusion, je ne le recommande pas. C'était bien meilleur à l'ouverture, mais une fois qu'ils ont attiré des clients, la qualité de leurs sandwiches s'est dégradée.
Seul point négatif : il y a beaucoup de mouches à l'intérieur, ce qui est dérangeant.

Ordered the philly steak trio to go, it's been a while that I've been looking for a good philly sandwich in Montreal. It hits a spot & is super affordable! Recommended, perfect spot to stop by when you're hungry. The guys at the counter are super nice too. They have the glass pepsi, which was pretty nostalgic.
2016: Delicious food, only over the counter...
I don't recommend it for delivery.
If you want to eat something fresh & tasty & worth your money... Just get yourself down to the counter & enjoy.
2025: This place has maintained their High Quality tasty sandwiches over the years. The place is spotless clean, the service is excellent & the food is delicious !
Today I decided to drop by crazy falafel. I was truly impressed. Very good service & very tasty food, my phone battery was low, & I said I have to pay fast before my phone dies & Sayed offered to charge my cell phone while I waited for my sandwich to be ready, this kind of gesture shows a lot about a person, & I truly appreciate his hospitality, I will definitely be coming back because that sandwich was delicious & the price was even better! Where else are you going to find a sandwich nowadays for 3$??

Tried it for the first time today:
- saroukh chicken sandwich: very affordable & huge portion, enough to fill someone up by itself, very good taste & filled with chicken. A bit too much ketchup but otherwise no complaints. Also very good garlic sauce.
- falafel sandwich: honestly mid, the bread was not very good(it was crumbling) & the sandwich was a bit dry. The falafel itself was good but overall it was okay
- soujouk sandwich: tastes good & huge portion, however not very authentic soujouk, seems more like a minced beef patty with soujouk spices. Pretty good but nothing to go crazy about
- drinks: 4$ a drink, just don't get a drink there it's not worth it lol
Overall: 7-8/10, will be coming again only for the saroukh & garlic sauce. Would recommend for a cheap quick bite.
Que ce soit pour une petite fringale ou un repas complet, c'est LA DESTINATION pour de la nourriture frais à excellente qualité & à très bas prix (aussi bas que 3$ le sandwich). Je suis toujours bien accueilli à Crazy Falafel avec des sourires & une bonne ambiance. Le restaurant de choix, pour moi, ma famille & mes amis! À visiter absolument!
Whether your looking to satisfy a craving or to dine Crazy Falafel is THE LOCATION for excellent fresh food at small cost (as low as 3$ sandwiches!!!). I'm always greatly welcomed with smiles from all of the employees & a nice atmosphere. The restaurant of choice for me, my family & my friends! A must visit!
