Visited Coronet twice last week after not having their pizza in over 40 years! First thought was, this is expensive for pizza & then out came the pizza & I was awed by the weight. It was just as delicious as decades ago & well worth the cost. It looks like the restaurant has not changed since it opened in1962 & that's a good thing!!

I've been going here since I could remember. My dad grew up with the guys. Such lovely people & amazing, amazing food!! Please support them. Really is a gem in this city & I'll happily drive through Montreal traffic for their pizza.

Okay, the truth is we came to eat inside as I heard great things about this place.
However, there were winter jackets hanging on coat hangers in the middle of July, which may or may not have contributed to the overall foul stench of the place; reeking smell was like dirty feet.
I'm only making this post to have the owner, whether it was the gentleman behind the counter or not, to give the place a deep clean, get the air circulating & find a solution to the foul unbearable odours that forced us to evacuate. We would be insane to stay.
Of course if you're doing take out this is a non issue, & I am not commenting on the food itself I'm sure & hope it's clean & fresh

We picked up an extra large supreme pizza this evening from Coronet Pizza. It was awesome. I highly recommend this business.

Première fois chez Coronet, nous sommes allés chez Coronet tout à fait par hasard. Je n'aurais pas pu être plus satisfaite! La pizza est bonne & généreuse, les frites sont délicieuses & parfaitement réussi. Les monsieurs qui tiennent l'endroit étaient super sympathiques & nous avons adoré la décoration d'époque. Je donnerais plus que 5 étoiles si c'était possible!!

I grew up in Ville St. Laurent in the 1970s, & we always ordered from Coronet. I now order it to take out & for catering work lunches, the pizza is second to none. Jimmy is first-class - he assures the best & freshest ingredients, homemade sauce, & he takes pride in every pizza he makes. Thank you for being something we can still rely one!

These folks, in my opinion, used to be the best in St. Laurent but somehow have slipped in overall quality & taste. .. Now that's just my opinion .. You may like it .. I'd say if you haven't tried them , give them a try. For me, though, there are a few local places I prefer. So I won't be ordering from them again

Hadn't been there in years... if I recall, Jimmy's the owner's name, & wanted some good pizza... It did not disappoint, if anything it was better than I remembered! When telling him how much we were enjoying his pizza, he gave a great rundown, his sauce, using best imported ingredients, mother's recipe, dough made specially to the perfect crisp, fluffiness, texture & light complimentary taste, & reasonably generous with all his ingredients. The taste was a well balanced filling Montreal style thick slice pizza, yummy 🍕 When I asked what happened to his great Greek food, was told he streamlined his menu, but got a chance taste his amazing tzatziki, dipping it with his pizza dough 😋 Btw have 5 stars for ambiance, as it's almost chintzy but rather comfy & old school homey Greek mom & pop resto feel. The people & food inside make it a wonderful experience. Will definately come again, one of the best pizzas on or off the island 😉

Best pizza 🍕 😋 since miss Italia when I was 15 years old meaning 43 years ago. I moved to Toronto Ontario & have been back for 2 months now & I will always order this pizza compared to Lion Pizza 6 stars Coronet Pizza 2 star Lions Pizza true story 😋
