Review Summary

Coronet Pizza is widely celebrated as a nostalgic Montreal staple, with many customers praising the thick crust, generous toppings, and unique sauce that have remained consistent for decades. Longtime patrons describe it as a local gem, highlighting the high quality of the fresh ingredients and the friendly, family owned atmosphere that has defined the business for years. While the food is frequently called the best in the city, some visitors have raised significant concerns regarding the lack of cleanliness and strong, unpleasant odors inside the dining area, suggesting that the experience is currently best suited for takeout.

Best pizza in Montreal ! Anyone who has ever had a pizza from Coronet will salivate just hearing the word "Coronet" It's a landmark in Saint Laurent Jimmy makes a mean pizza -- we order the all-dressed & it never disappoints The homemade complex tomato sauce is exquisite & makes all the difference (zesty, sweet, tasty, cinnamon-y) The pepperoni is not overly salty & is broiled to perfection Would have provided a photo, but it disappeared too quickly 😄 You gotta try this place !

When I first started eating pizza or ordering to the house, a small all dressed with a Brio was $1.24 just to give an idea how long we have been having pizza from this family restaurant. Jimmy & Angelo seem to remember everyone's order every time. Nice thick crust, fresh quality toppings, ( no crap) & the best taste. Prices are competitive but don't expect franchise prices as the pizza here can't compare. Recently renovated, new decor, but same great taste!
