Nous passions dans le coin & avions eu envie d'un déjeuner. C'était la fin de semaine & le restaurant n'était pas du tout occupé. À notre agréable surprise le service etait impeccable & la nourriture bien fraîches. De plus, les assiettes sont genereuses. Le restaurant est propre. Gros coup de coeur pour leur patates.Voir plus
Cora in LaSalle is amazing! I can get a gluten free breakfast & they are very careful with my plate! The best part of this place is the staff!! I have not met one that wasn't awesome! Shoutout to Thomas! He always greets me with a smile & a friendly hello. He even remembers my name!! It is now the only place I have breakfastVoir plus
Love this place! Always quick to be seated & service is quick too! Only thing is they don't always think about filling my cup of water, they always offer coffee which I don't drink but over all great food!Voir plus
Despite confirming the day before that reservations were now accepted, there seemed to be confusion upon our arrival, & we were initially told there were no available tables. Eventually, we were seated (just as we were about to leave to go elsewhere), but the service left much to be desired. We had to request basic table setup (napkins & cutlery weren't there even after our order was taken) & follow up on my coffee & our food multiple times. The food took over 40 minutes to arrive & was disappointingly bland. Additionally, we noticed customers waiting despite two to three seemingly vacant tables. It appears there's a lack of training among the staff, which may stem from the Cora operations team from within. If staffing is an issue, it would be more considerate to either reduce the number of customers or begin accepting reservations. As the founder of Cora is a senior citizen herself, one would expect an understanding of the challenges elderly individuals face, such as standing in line for nearly an hour to be seated. Furthermore, reducing the number of menu items could allow the cooking staff to focus on doing a few things well. We will not be coming back to Cora nor to any other breakfast franchises anymore as these kinds of service issues seems to be systemic & there is lack fo accountability/ownership in these franchises. We used to really enjoy coming to Cora (pre-pandemic). Does anyone have any good stories of actual franchises doing BETTER after the pandemic?Voir plus
