I ordered breakfast through Uber Eats to my hotel room, spending $72.32 on a coffee, cherry refresher, Cora's Special, & Cassoulette.
Unfortunately, the driver only delivered the drinks & condiments. I was furious & immediately contacted Uber Eats support.
Before I could even finish, Carla from Cora's called me. She noticed the food was left behind, apologized sincerely, & tried to find another courier.
When that failed, she actually drove the food to my hotel herself!The food arrived fresh, warm, & delicious. Carla met me in the lobby in full uniform, & even followed up with a phone call later to ensure everything was perfect.
Her accountability & compassion were truly angelic. Next time, we will skip the delivery apps & dine directly at this location.
Cora pointe-claire Breakfast is a nice breakfast spot.
The fruits is fresh, & the eggs & crepes are good & well made.
Overall, a pleasant place & worth trying
I had a wonderful experience at Cora Pointe-Claire! The food was fresh, delicious, & beautifully presented. The breakfast dishes were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, & exactly what you expect from Chez Cora.
The service really stood out - friendly, attentive, & welcoming from start to finish. The staff made sure everything was perfect & created a warm, pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, a great place for breakfast or brunch. Consistent quality, great service, & a location I highly recommend. I'll definitely be coming back!
Have not eaten here for at least 2 years. Our wonderful waitress was informed that I cannot eat eggs that are browned/crusted as they taste like metal to me (yes, I should have had them poached then to have ordered them over easy). We had a detailed interactive conversation on how she, too, only ate her eggs over easy like me. They arrived, via another waitress, well done & browned on the bottom. I sent them back immediately & new eggs returned BUT with the whites not cooked & watery ... Yuck! I was informed that this is what I had asked for...I sent the two floating eggs back with the toast & ate my crepe of fresh fruit that had only three thinly sliced cut up strawberries, 7 blueberries, & two unripe, cut with a razor blade, translucent, pieces of pineapple. The custard was like if you had smeared mustard on a hot dog. The sausages were very good. I was still charged for a full plate. I did not ask for the plate to be free or for a reduction in price. It was a'too bad, so sad situation'. Will not be going back. Unfortunate, as the waitress was a reason to go back for & the restaurant is open & bright.
Great atmosphere, wonderful ladies serving with care Food is ok because the oil they use is not fresh. u can notice so much quickly in one bite The rest is an amazing place
