A lovely family-owned restaurant. The owner is the sweetest person there & the food is always fresh! Strongly recommend for an authentic Korean experience!
Super fun unassuming spot with delicious food! We had the tteok-bokki & Korean fried chicken, portions were generous & delicious. Our server was super sweet & helpful, we will be back!

You must go here, it is the cutest Korean restaurant with the most unassuming front door. There was one waiter on his own & he was so sweet & attentive. Restaurant is clean & spacious & kpop plays quietly in the background.
I've been to Seoul many times & the food at this restaurant took me back to my travels.
We walked in with no problems & got a table quickly. We had japchae, tteokboki & bibimbap
My favourite Korean restaurant in Montreal. I love their Japchae - it doesn't taste too'oily' nor too salty nor too sweet. Just perfectly balanced. They also accommodate for a vegan sundubu jigae (tofu stew) with a vegan broth. It's so tasty & feels clean.
It was so good! I ordered pick up & I didn't have to wait at all. The guy at the cash was so nice. The sweet & spicy chicken was so good that I forgot to take a picture before starting eating! They also gave me a complimentary drink & free dumplings. 100%recommend.I will definitely go back for sure!
the tteokbokki sauce is good. But personally the fried chicken doesn't reach my expectations for Korean fried chicken, the sauce is too sweet & the garlic soy sauce is only salty! The soup is not flavorful.
However, the staff is very attentive. Good place to go have quick meal.
Fried chicken was ok, although I felt that the food lacked spices. A little too sweet for me & most of the chicken was very bony. Portions are reasonable.
If there was 6th star I would add it. I'm a messy eater & they provided me with a Glove too. Offers a better customer service than luxurious restaurants. I felt so comfortable with the staff as they assured that we had everything we needed. There prices are also every affordable & is a sweet spot to head to on a quiet or busy night! Thank you for the food!
Really chill spot, enjoyed that it wasn't too busy even on a Saturday night. Food came out quickly & was fresh, solid portion sizes. More than anything though the service was great, workers there were incredibly sweet & made the dining experience that much better. Would recommend getting the creamy onion sauce on the side. Ordered one 4oz container & ended up needing another because of how good it was!
The tteokbokki & fried chicken were really good! The chicken was light & crispy, with a tender & juicy texture. We ordered the half spicy, half soy garlic. Both were perfectly sweet, but not overly so. The order of chicken came with pickled radish & coleslaw. Really appreciate the vinegary coleslaw with the chicken. The tteokbokki was nicely spicy, with onions, carrots, fish cake & hard boiled egg. We added mozzarella cheese, which added a nice creamy contrast to the spicy tteokbokki. The service was very nice & friendly, & I think the price is fair for the portion & quality. Definitely recommend & will be coming back!!
I've been to this place 3x & it's going to be one of my go-to. I recently tried their sundubu & it's so warm & tasty. A little on the spicy side :) The server was so sweet & offered us extra kimchi on the side! I love their service & food.
I went there for the first time this week & i absolutely ADORED my experience at Coqcor. The staff was amazingly sweet & helpful & the food was so good i started craving it the minute i left. It's also a very clean place for those wondering. & the service is very fast even when the place is packed! The atmosphere is very nice too & makes you feel warm & at home. It's amazing for when you're thinking about going with some friends. All this to say i will definitely go back & never get enough of this restaurant

The fried chicken was so tasty (crunchy & moist)!! The sweet & spicy flavor was so good & the original flavor also 😦💕💕 The staff was so thoughtful & treated us so well:) I appreciated the amount for the price & how clean it was too! The water tasted good & I will definitely be back
Best rice cakes i've ever had & the quality of the bibimbap was great! Staff was also very sweet & always smiling. Well deserved reviews! Definitely will come back
Was craving fried chicken & decided to try out a new place for lunch. The place is close to Guy-Concordia station so it is easy to get to. We were greeted & they let me & my friends sit wherever we liked. The waitress then gave us the menu & let us choose between cold water & hot tea. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding because we thought hot water was an option haha. The waitress was very patient & polite though so everything went well. She then explained that there's a button at the table you can press to notify the waitress when we needed anything. For 4 people, we ordered 1 whole fried chicken plate & a half plate of sweet & hot chicken (if that's what it's called). 18 pieces is a good amount for 4 people, though slightly more would've been better :). The fried chicken though, out of all the places, was probably the best I've eaten so far! The chicken is really tender with a not too crispy & thin outer layer. The spice level was very handleable which gave the feeling of spiciness without sacrificing taste. The chicken also came with sauce for the original flavour & a tiny amount of coleslaw. We also each had a big plastic glove to use so that we don't get our hands dirty. To pay, the lady at the front was very very enthusiastic & was very willing to help us separate our bill as needed. The price is pretty much the same as other places. Overall, great service, amazing fried chicken, definitely a place to eat at again.
Absolutely loved this place!! The food was delicious & full of flavour & the workers were so sweet! Me & my friend ordered the chicken dumplings, the sweet pork bibimbap & the tteokbokki by pressing a button when we were ready & our order came in around 10 minutes!! Prices are reasonable & vibe is great
