Review Summary

Coq-O-Bec receives mixed feedback, with many patrons praising the chicken and pizza as fresh, succulent, and well-portioned, while others note inconsistencies in food quality and rising costs. While several diners appreciate the efficient and professional service, particularly for take-out and group deliveries, recent experiences highlight concerns regarding portion value and the preparation of specific menu items like ribs. Overall, opinions remain divided between loyal customers who view it as the best spot in town and others who have been disappointed by changes in consistency and price-to-value ratios.

ordered ribs ( take out ) asked for rice not frys' extra $1.00 for rice' - ok not a problem.' that will be 15 to 20 mins :' ok no problem.
20 mins in got my order. got home opened the box the bones on the rib bones were 4 ins long ( not the cut of meat as usual maybe cheaper cut of meat) , i don't think i've seen that long.
the wife starts eating & says there is so much fat to cooked, when we eat ribs the meat melts in your mouth, even at this place. she stopped eating. so i called & explained to the girl the problem & she said' thank you, i will tell the owner' & she hang up.
i have been going to coq o bec for years, its the only place i go to taken chicken , maybe 3 or 4 times a months ( good ribs & chicken) tried other places & was not impressed.
