J'ai récemment commandé une poutine chez Coq au Bec. Au moment de la livraison, il y avait un problème d'emballage, qui a fait que la sauce de la poutine s'était un peu éparpillé dans l'emballage, & la poutine contenait des oignons alors que je n'en voulais pas. Toutefois, quand on a rappeler pour faire part du problème, la personne qui s'occupait des commandes s'est montré très serviable & responsable. On s'est entendu pour se refaire livrer une poutine tel que convenue à nos frais. La livraison était rapide, & comme on souhaitait. Le service à la clientèle, principalement le département des plaintes fait souvent défaut dans plusieurs autre compagnies, mais ici, c'étais super. Ils font preuve de professionnalisme remarquable. Je recommande fortement pour cette raison. De plus, les choix de repas sont variés, peu coûteux & vous recevez de très grosses portions!
We order pizza often from this place, but it has changed the flavour every time it's not consistent not so sure what's going on. This last time was way way too spicy for a pizza 👎

Je viens de commander un sous marin steak philly. Quelle déception à la livraison! Un gros pain avec de la salade & UNE tranche de steak! Franchement. C'est la deuxième fois que je suis déçue de ma commande. J'ai oublié de mentionné que j'ai jeté le 3/4 de mon repas!
We ordered online from Coq au Bec & tried the chicken brochette, calzone, salad, & chicken poutine. The order was ready on time & everything arrived warm. The chicken was tender & really well cooked, & the rest of the dishes were good overall. The only downside was the calzone, it was a bit too sweet & had too much sauce for our taste. Aside from that, we enjoyed the meal & had a good experience.
La livraison à domicile, c'est vraiment pratique pour les fêtes ou les petites soirées entre amis. Pas besoin de cuisiner, tout est prêt & super bon. Tout arrive frais & bien emballé. Tout le monde a adoré! On commande souvent & on recommande sans hésiter.
J'ai deux enfants, donc la possibilité de sortir de temps en temps, de me détendre & de ne pas avoir à cuisiner est vraiment appréciable. Je viens souvent ici pour me relaxer. L'ambiance est agréable & on s'y sent toujours à l'aise. Les plats sont savoureux & de bonne qualité, le menu est plaisant. C'est un endroit où l'on a envie de revenir. Je recommande.
Coco Beq is such a great spot! The food is delicious, full of flavor, & the portions are really good. Everything we tried tasted fresh & well made.The staff were super friendly & made us feel welcome right away. The vibe is relaxed & cozy, perfect for hanging out with friends or having a nice meal without feeling rushed

Another resto that starts out serving decent food at a decent price & is now the culinary equivalent of a meteor crashing to earth. Inedible, stale, recooked fries most likely days old , rock hard & dry chicken in the club sandwich, tasteless & bland Cole slaw. My wife & I kept asking each other, who can actually finish a'meal' like this & feel satisfied? The worst club sandwich I've ever fed to the stray cats in the yard.
Ce n'est plus aussi bon. Le poulet est sec/ même la cuisse ... les frites congelées sont trop cuites / brune/cassantes .
La salade de choux est remplie à moitié.
Nous y sommes allés mardi & il manquait de poulet cuit, nous avons commandé aujourd'hui & seulement les cuisses disponibles & elles étaient secs/ raides
c'était si bon avant, nous étions des clients fidèles, mais wuelwue chose a changé. Nous ne commanderons plus.
J'ai commandé le sous-marin Philly Steak le.meilleur que j'ai goûté de ma vie. Le pain était croustillant & ça vient avec des frites fraîchement faites bien cuites & délicieuses!!

The pizza is absolutely amazing, the service is really good & the waiter was so kind, they prepare the food pretty fast, the environment is pretty nice, & overall everything is just perfect. The price of the food is totally worth it.
Le Bacon est à changer de fournisseur. Sinon, la salade de chou n'est jamais faite le jour même on dirait.... Ça serait mieux si il y aurait plus de mayo & de sucre de-dans.... Sinon, tout est super bon
