We ordered 2 medium poutines & upon receipt we noticed that the amount of fries was minimal… it was mostly cheese! As this is not the first time we order from there, we know the quality & quantity of the poutines! We called & were told that the chef said that it was fine & basically we were wrong! The lady on the phone was not helpful at all & hang up on us instead of even saying we are sorry you are not satisfied! We were not asking for a refund or anything extra. We just wanted to know if their quantities had changed as well as their recipe! Horrible customer service… this was the last time we order from there! Don't know if there are new owners but awful service!!!

Honestly it's very rare I write reviews but I went & had a pepperoni pizza & it was very fairly priced & the portions & ratios of cheese & pepperoni on that pizza so so very generous ! & the pizza was really really good 💪🏼
