The food is good, & the staff are friendly & clearly doing their best. However, the restaurant seems understaffed, with only two people working, & it's really affecting the service.
I was there last Friday & waited about an hour & a half for my order. Since the staff were very busy trying to keep up, some items were forgotten. If you're ordering takeout, I recommend checking your order before leaving to make sure everything is included.
I've been here many times before & never had this issue, but over the past two or three months, the reduced staffing seems to have made a noticeable difference. The washrooms also could have been cleaner.
I hope management considers adding more staff because the food is good & the employees are genuinely trying their best. With better staffing, I think the overall experience could improve significantly.

We ordered a falafel wrap & phoenix smoothie. Firstly, their falafel wasn't dry at all. Loved it to the core!
& the smoothie was sooo refreshing & delicious too! It wasn't too thick either.
Loved everything about my meal.

The meal was so filling, felt like a healthy nourishing meal!

Would definitely go back if I find a store in any city I visit.

Always great food with various healthy menu item. Every time I am in Montreal I visit Copper Branch.
I would add music & a bit of light in the cafe. Otherwise it's really good!

I used to order the Aztec bowl at the Copper Branch in Pointe-Claire & it was delicious & took at about 5 minutes to make. Today I got take out from the de Maisonneuve branch & I must have waited about 25 minutes for it.

I ordered quinoa on the bottom & I got rice, & there are barely any black bens, no gaucamole which I think there used to be or fake sour cream. The broccoli has a weird, oily taste, I'm not even sure I can finish this. Super disappointed.
With tip, I spent $23 on a small bowl I'm not even sure I can finish.

Staff was friendly but it was super slow.

It took 37 minutes to get my food & I got a cesar salad. There were 3 people working & around 6 clients ahead of me. Very disapointing service.

I went to this place because of the reviews. I waited nearly 10 min without greeting while the room was nearly empty. First table was full of spilled water, tissues weren't available. Second table was shaky, third one in a dark corner was fine. I waited close to 30 min for my food, the shiitake burger brioche was fantastic but the poutine was abysmal.

Great tofu tempeh & mushrooms. Loved all of it. Delicious smoothies & avocado toast. Great service.
