The food was really good & the prices make a lot of sense for the portion you get. I had a really good experience. The staff were great & very patient as I don't speak French. It's a really good atmosphere to have dinner with friends & family. The place is also very pretty looking.Voir plus
Magnifique restaurant au service impeccable & à la carte savoureuse! Ça fait deux fois que j'y vais, un lunch & aujourd'hui un brunch. C'était délicieux & généreux. Une soirée mémorable du début à la fin !
Nous avons fêté un anniversaire & le personnel a été aux petits soins : gâteau, bougie, chanson… tout était parfaitement organisé pour un moment magique.
L'ambiance était incroyable, chaleureuse & la nourriture ? Un vrai délice ! Mention spéciale au burger commodore, absolument incroyable ! & que dire des cocktails… justes succulents & très bien dosés.

Came to the hotel really hoping to enjoy the restaurants during our stay -- tried both Muse & Commodore, both were sadly very disappointing.
At Muse my friend never received her meal even while I received mine, after half an hour we asked whether it would be coming out soon only to realize our server had never entered her order. We werent offered an apology, just a'oh yeah yours never arrived eh. Oops'
Commodore we thought we might have a better experience, sadly my primavera pasta was possibly the worst Ive ever had. Sauce tasted like pure ketchup, sickly sweet. I couldnt finish it. & the cost? $32.

The food was very average, could get so much better for the price. The decor was beautiful, but the music did not fit the atmosphere. They made us pay for a birthday dessert that came cold & very slowly. The service took a very long time, although there were very few people, which was disappointing.Voir plus

My friend & I were staying in the hotel so dined twice, once at dinner & once for breakfast. On both occasions we had excellent food & service. Well timed, so pleasant. Faultless.
I am very picky about Caesar salads. My friend got a Caesar salad & it looked top notch & she indicated that it was. It was also generously portioned.
For breakfast we both had avocado toast & lattes. The avocado toast was large, beautifully presented & delicious. The lattes were also very good.

The waiters & waitresses have always been so nice ! From the coffee shop to the bar & dining room.
The breakfast was delicious ( Salmon oeuf Benedict). & I've been more than once ! It is so practical being next to Place des Arts metro.

DO NOT get the waffle & fried chicken.. Its premade chicken nuggets.. Got sick right away, my body did not like it at all.
Service was nothing crazy.. Coffee is not cafe grade, nothing special.
Eggs benedict were good but not wow'd by them.
The atmosphere is beautiful, you can tell the company put alot of money into the decor, only wish they would've done the same for the kitchen & food...Voir plus

Stopped in quickly for a coffee & was blown away by the beautiful interior. Feels very fancy, but their Spanish Latte was so rich & perfectly sweetened! The barista was really friendly, & we got to enjoy sitting around for a bit to gawk at the lovely interior design choices. May come back to check out their breakfast, too!Voir plus
Honesty, it would be a perfect night without the kj staffs 🙄 My friend celebrated her birthday here, a rude staff guy approached us for being'noisy' but for a fact that it wasn't us & it's the other table sitting beside us. They didn't even tell them to quiet instead they're blaming it to us, even taking pictures in the hotel/restaurant isn't allowed. The staffs are very annoying & unfriendly, considering the price we've got they should've treated their guests kindly & with respect.
Tbh the food was just ok its not surprisingly great compared to other restaurants we've tried & service was meh good thing the interior was beautiful, that's it nothing special. I hope they improve their customer service coz we leave without good memories in there.Voir plus
Bon service, belle ambiance, mais n'y allez pas pour la qualité de la nourriture... Le tartare de saumon était moyen & le contre-filet était vraiment très mauvais. On l'a renvoyé 2 fois en cuisine pour la cuisson mais même cuit comme demandé il n'était pas bon donc on n'y a pas touché, un beau gâchis. Bref, il est clair que nous ne reviendrons pas. I enjoyed the Interieur a lot. Like the style, good noise level of the ambient music.
Service was good, although the water refills could have come a bit more timely.
My omlette was rather ham-heavy, but quality was on point. Plus points for serving fruits with it.
The French toast matched m expectations fully as well.

Enfin un bon restaurant à la hauteur de la gastronomie Française ! j'y suis allée 2 fois & c'est vraiment très très bon. Les assiettes sont copieuses, autant les entrées que les plats principaux & les desserts délicieuuuuux ! les cuissons autant des viandes que des poissons sont juste parfaite. C'est vrai qu'on ne pense pas à y aller car il se situe dans un hotel mais ça vaut le détour & le décor fait pensé à l'époque du Titanic. Je suis aller ds un autre resaurant'gastronomique' recemment & c'était visuellement superbe mais franchement déguelasse. Je vous recommande le Commodore, vous ne serez pas déçu. 6 étoiles !Voir plus
C'était bon , le matcha par contre n'était pas vraiment bon & étant une amoureuse du matcha , celui-ci n'était pas un 10/10, mais plutôt un 4/10 . La nourriture est moyenne , mais ses mangeable. Honnêtement le service est bon, les gens sont gentil mais il manque un peu de joie. Sinon le resto en lui même est très jolie & bien fait , mais honnêtement vous pourriez trouver un bien meilleur restaurant proche.Voir plus
