Friendly service & tea that's a cut above other chains - I love the grapefruit green tea with real grapefruit, & when you ask for no sugar it really feels like there's no added sugar syrup.

I ordered a bubble tea with Uber Eats it was a brown sugar one & it was just milk with bobba at the bottom. For the price you pay for those it's unacceptable

Drinks were way too sweet & they don't ask how much ice & sugar you want. Also the place is a bit dirty (walls near the table could use a little cleanup).

The worst bubble tea I have ever had. I ordered 3 drinks: Pearl milk tea, bubble gaga & a limited edition drink. tapioca was supposed to be included in all of them, however I barely found any in any of the drinks. They were all just sugary water, no flavour at all. What a rip off!!!!!!!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!

I've tried the drink called'3 Guys' here three different times, since it's advertised as one of their must-try drinks. Unfortunately, the experiences were very inconsistent.

The first time was absolutely delicious. The milk tea was rich & fragrant, with a creamy sweetness that paired perfectly with the chewy pearls & different jellies. Every sip was full of texture & flavor - it was honestly a really satisfying drink.

The second time, the milk tea still tasted good & fragrant, but the amount of toppings seemed much smaller, almost like each type of jelly was only about half the usual portion.

The third time was the most disappointing. The drink tasted very bland, the tea & milk weren't very aromatic, & the pearls were quite hard, which really affected the overall experience.

I know this drink can be great because I've had it once when it was made perfectly. I just hope the shop can keep the quality more consistent, because when it's done right, it's really good.

Tonight I ordered a large mango slush! They gave me ice mixed with syrup for 10.5$!!! Also tipped on top of that. Not satisfied at all! Asked for regular sugar but the syrup was so strong that couldn't drink it. Nothing fresh about this store!
