Overall, reviews of CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice highlight a tea-forward bubble tea experience with the mango green tea standing out for many, and the store described as spacious and pleasant with plenty of seating; some visits report higher prices and mixed service, including one instance of a cold greeting from staff, while other customers find the staff friendly and the vibe relaxed, suitable for studying or a quick break. The menu is praised for simple, healthier options and the tea base is noted as distinct from other chains, though opinions vary on tapioca quality and some drinks, such as chocolate slush, can taste watery; desires for menu additions like passion fruit Yakult are mentioned, and the overall impression ranges from very positive to mixed, with room for consistency in ingredients and customer service but plenty of original offerings to explore.
I ordered a strawberry latte, which I usually buy in Toronto, but there was no'no ice" option, so I chose less ice, but they still added a lot of ice cubes, & my latte is like a liquid, which is normally fairly thick in Toronto.

I really love their boba but some baristas are just mean, I came on august 15th at around 6pm & ordered a drink & it tasted worse than usual so i asked the girl at the front if they could add abit more tea because i could barely taste it & she said no even though I told her it usually tastes different i can actually taste the tea. She said she doesn't think so & she will not remake it.
I always order the Osmanthus latte. The service is quick & friendly. The place hasn't got the cutest aesthetic so one-star off for that, but if you're just going to pick up a boba on your way to shopping, good enough place

Decent bubble tea place. But for a service that you would not expect to tip for, they display the tip amount in big on the screen just after paying which is pretty distasteful.
Usually REGULAR sugar means a normal amount, but here it means they give you diabetes on top of the very overpriced bubble tea where you need to pay extra to have bubbles. Terrible experience, I still have a headache hours later 😵
THE BEST bubble tea chain in the world! My absolute favourite boba shop! The vibes are great in there, the staff are friendly & the menu is huge! You HAVE to try their brown sugar pearl milk tea! It's the best!

I got the brown auger late boba, while the drink was tasty, they didn’t provide the straw thats made for boba to go through, I couldn’t enjoy my drink! I didn’t dine in but the store was extremely busy & packed not a fun environment or experience overall, there are much better boba places in the neighborhood.
