Overall, reviews of CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice highlight a tea-forward bubble tea experience with the mango green tea standing out for many, and the store described as spacious and pleasant with plenty of seating; some visits report higher prices and mixed service, including one instance of a cold greeting from staff, while other customers find the staff friendly and the vibe relaxed, suitable for studying or a quick break. The menu is praised for simple, healthier options and the tea base is noted as distinct from other chains, though opinions vary on tapioca quality and some drinks, such as chocolate slush, can taste watery; desires for menu additions like passion fruit Yakult are mentioned, and the overall impression ranges from very positive to mixed, with room for consistency in ingredients and customer service but plenty of original offerings to explore.
I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I visited your Coco location on April 12, 2026, around noon. It was my first time there, & the experience left a very negative impression.
When I entered, there were two employees present. Since it was my first visit, I was unsure where to order & initially walked toward the back before realizing that ordering was done at the front. Instead of offering guidance, the cashier stared at me. Let me precise, she looked me up & down. When I greeted her with a'Bonjour!' before placing my order, she did not respond & simply stared at me condescendingly while waiting for me to state my drink order. In fact, she barely spoke at all, except to ask for the size of my drink.
When I picked up my order, I said'thank you,' but she did not acknowledge me & instead went straight to her phone. This lack of basic courtesy & professionalism was both surprising & disappointing.
I do not know if this is how all customers are treated at your establishment, but the interaction made me feel uncomfortable & unwelcome. As a Black customer, I could not help but wonder whether my experience was influenced by bias, & that feeling was particularly upsetting. I sincerely hope that this was not the case, but it is important for me to express how the situation came across from my perspective.
I hope you take this feedback seriously & address it appropriately, as no customer should feel disregarded or disrespected during their visit.
Le service à la clientèle était très froid. Aucun sourire, aucune conversation, aucune politesse. Le service m'a donné envie de quitter l'endroit. Le thé était correct, mais je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit.
Pleasantly surprised as the location is bigger than you would think as the front is very small. Plenty of tables & pleasant environment.
Negative review due to negative experience from staff. Very poor customer service. I went on Saturday 7/3/2024 afternoon. I did not interact much with the girl mixing the drink, she seemed nice enough but the cashier was rude & clearly doing the minimum. I would not hire her if I was a manager. Acts like she's doing you a favour just standing there. Unfriendly & haughty attitude.
I love CoCo's tea base. It's very different from other milk tea store's tea base. While you taste more of the sugar & milk in chain stores like Presotea or L2, you taste the tea more in CoCo.
The bubble tea is good & the staff is friendly. There are quite a few seats available, which is nice, but unfortunately the drinks are on the pricier side. I also wished they had passion fruit yakult available on their menu.

The service was appalling; the staff were truly awful & showed no respect for customers. I was simply asked a simple question & immediately reprimanded. The drink looked completely different from the picture. I ordered'taro frais au lait,' but there was no taro in it at all. The staff told me that this was normal, & started yelling at me madly.
The boba was good as usual, like in any other coco. & the store is very spacious, we liked that. The customer service was a bit… cold, no greeting, no smile, it didn't feel like they wanted any client to be there.
I go there often, mostly for a break in between classes or to do my homeworks. I love that they have more'simple' options, & I always take green or black tea with tapioca or jelly. The staff is always very nice & friendly, & very patient with my friends who don't know about bubble tea. The vibe is chill & not fancy
:)
Some ingredients are admittedly healthier than at other places, while other ingredients feel more chemical.
Prices are lower than others, too, but the drinks may be smaller?
Their tapioca is not the best, doesn't always feel so fresh. Chocolate slush tastes watery. I still plan on sampling more of their drinks, as they have some original offerings.
The place itself though is rather cute, it's convenient to get a bit of work done!
I ordered a strawberry latte, which I usually buy in Toronto, but there was no'no ice" option, so I chose less ice, but they still added a lot of ice cubes, & my latte is like a liquid, which is normally fairly thick in Toronto.
