ordered a mango probiotic drink. i got a different drink & when i showed the label to the guy & confirmed if my drink was right, he said yes & only get to try it when i left. didn't bother coming back & threw out my drink with just one sip.

I tried the one in Chinatown before so was not a fresh experience. I enjoyed the drink I tried this time more though- the caramel dulce, a more Americanized take on bubble tea. The pearls are of standard quality here.

I had their new peach milk tea in Toronto before, & it was made with real fresh peach pieces. It tasted amazing, & I'd honestly been craving it ever since. Today I happened to walk past this location & got so excited that I even treated my friend to one.

But while they were making the drinks, I noticed the staff using peach jam instead of real peach. I immediately asked the owner why they weren't using fresh peach pieces like before, & the owner casually told me that'all locations use this.'

Then we got the drinks - & it was NOTHING like the one I had in Toronto before. Completely different taste & quality. I felt totally misled. Advertising a drink with fresh peach, then serving customers sugary jam instead, is honestly deceptive & unacceptable. What a disappointing experience.

Worst milk tea experience I've ever had. Right in front of us, the staff asked the owner whether they should add water because the drink wasn't full, & the owner said yes. The milk tea ended up tasting extremely watered down, with almost no tea flavor & mainly an artificial jam/syrup taste. Very disappointing & definitely not the quality we expected. Would not recommend based on this experience.
