I was served a chicken cutlet sandwich where half of it was raw. The first half was great, but the second half i noticed it being chewier & it definitely looked pink. I brought it back to the cashier & she was super apologetic. Refunded my full meal, & offered another sandwich but i refused because I wasnt feeling good after that. She told the chef, but it didnt seem like he cared.
5 star for the cashier, 1 star for the chef.

Overall a good experience, serving time is slightly more than normal, & a little noisy. The rest including quality & staffs are great

I came at 11am, ordered a sandwich & a drink. When I went to pickup my order, I asked for the wifi to be able to use my laptop at the same time. I was told that they purposely shut the wifi off at 11am to kickout laptop users. What type of café is this? Extremely telling of what they think of customers & the type of atmosphere & service quality here. Definitely not coming back.

Really one of the best Sabdwich places for lunch in the west island. Im not usually a fan of ordering o line, but their website is clear & concise. Any modifications or extras you select is always done to perfection when you pickup (& it's always ready on time & processed by super friendly staff)!

Very good coffee & breakfast sandwiches but why prices went up by almost 25% in one week for the whole menu ???

2 breakfast sandwiches & two coffees with tax & tips were 35$ now 43$

Really nice place ,bit on a pricey side for coffee & pastry but great atmosphere & good coffee /food. Plus its open at 7 am

Really cool spot in Kirkland. No other coffee shop around like this. Very good coffee, also the beans to prepare at home. The breakfast sandwiches & also the chicken sandwiches for lunch are amazing.

The tall glass windows let a lot of light come in which is great. Highly recommended.

Super bon sandwich sur gros pain style ciabatta plusieurs options de condiments.
Très beau Très propre & très populaire. Peut accommoder des petits groupes de 8 personnes ou moins. Faut essayer, ça en vaut le coût !

What an adorable cafe!! Love how close this is to my house, instead of having to go all the way downtown for a cute cafe. I got the caesar salad with grilled chicken & my friend got calabrese sandwich. She would give it an 8/10, she loved how light the bread was. I absolutely loved my salad. The portion is so big I didn't finish it!! Would definitely come back.
