This is the best Hilton in Montreal. Do not stay at the awful decatrie location. Centreville is much nicer, offers a more beautiful view, better service, quieter sleep & a great pool on the 11th floor overlooking Sherbrooke street. There is hot tubs & saunas. It's a great place to kill some time on a rainy day & even the breakfast at circos was pretty good ... be sure to visit the 11th floor for a great place to see the city from their dual terraces...no designated smoker spots in the building but those balconies on 11 are perfect as long as you watch out for security.

It’s the little touches & acts of service that make stays at hotels worth the $$, but this was not worth the stress & hassle. Terrible customer service, terrible organization & a multitude of issues with our stay. Long story short; Go somewhere else if you want a stress free stay in Montréal.
Not only was 1 out of 2 rooms not ready upon checking at 3pm, but it took until 5:15 for our second room to be available.
Not to mention they couldn’t give us early check-in, (we worked around it) so I planned for a friend, who was not staying at the hotel to decorate for me. They had me come early to “pre-check in” ensuring my friends visa would not be taken if i came to check in ahead of her. But alas, they took her credit card anyway, ensuring her as well she would not be charged. In the end they charged her for one of the rooms, & mine on the other. After calling to rectify the issue they very promptly charged my visa for both rooms, but did not show as much haste to refund my friend. She has yet to be refunded. I had to call the hotel again, weeks after our stay, to ensure they actually did refund her.
After the constant issues with our stay, & our bill, we have not once heard an apology or been given some kind of compensation for our troubles from Hilton. Not even an offer of extra towels for the women waiting ( they were aware of the 7 women needing to shower) for the second room to become available. Disappointing experience to say the least & none of us will be going back nor will we ever recommend it.View more

The front desk person was a bit snobby. One member of my family left their childhood blanket, & the hotel said they would have it waiting, however when we arrived to pick it back up, they said they had no clue where it was, & were not the friendliest or most helpful. However other than that, they were ok, & they did spray the blanket which was nice.View more

Via une rencontre bien importante du WPMCA/PRC, pour ma part c'etait ma premiere fois dans ce restaurant & bien aimer ma premiere experience...un melange de cuisine francaise & italienne. Les prix sont un peu elever via la portion recu (toujours un point que je Remarque), mais le gout & l'ambiance etait tres bonne :)
I just recently went to a 4 a 7 at Circos Restaurant with some co-workers who were staying at the hotel for the week. I must admit I was very surprised with the food, the service & the overall look of the restaurant. They have a great terrace facing Sherbrooke street & their selection of Martinis & Tapas are out of this world. Try the Breakfastini Martini – you won`t find this drink anywhere else in the city. Actually most of their martinis are invented by the bartender at Circos who does a great job pleasing all your taste buds. Martinis are also 50% off on Monday`s to Friday`s – Really worth going!!!
originally, I ate at Circo's because I had a show to catch at place des arts & it was convenient for its location. However, I was AMAZED!!! I did not expect to have such a great experience. We were two couples & we actually had a better time at the restaurant than at the actual show. The food was phenominal & the service was quick & helpful. The waiter's suggestions for the stater dishes & the wines were perfect. I am also a ribsteak fanatic, & usually the "cuisson" is never to my liking, but the cooks at Circo's cooked everything we ordered to perfection. From the ribsteak, to the filet mignon & also the tuna steak, everything was perfect!! What was also nice is that we told the waiter we needed to be at the show at 9pm & he kept on reminding us what time it was, the status of our meal, how long it will take, & ultimately he got us out of there on time (which was an amazing feat in itself since the restaurant was so busy). I recommend this restaurant to everyone! You will not be dissappointed. My brother is turining 40 years old & I actually canceled the reservations of the original location to have the party at Circo's (25 people), they do private parties too! See you there.
Circos Restaurant surprised me with their excellent food & amazing service. I had dinner there one night with a friend from out of town who was staying at the Hotel. Ever since I went back twice already with some friends & work colleagues. The cheese plates are amazing at Circos, not to mention the outstanding presentation of it all. I also had the halibut most recently & it was an absolute delight! & for dessert, you can't go wrong with their famous chocolate soufflé accompanied with a good port, it is out of this world for any chocolate-dessert lover! You won't be disappointed! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great restaurant with exceptional food & service at a reasonable price.
You have to give an extra touch on every level to stick out on the Montreal Restaurant scene. People here have figured that out! Food was fresh (actually saw the delivery guy with the fish!), presentation in the plate was carefully crafted (quite special considering the price). Staff made us feel quite welcomed & at home. Wine list surprised me also by its variety & range of price.
It's definetly "A la prochaine" for me!!
I recently tried their new signature dishes menu, which focuses on winter comfort food made with local ingredients & quebec specialties such as maple syrup, smoked salmon, & quebec lamb. The shephard's pie, which was made with sweet potato, braised veal cheeks, & caramelized onions was unbelievable. I have never seen or tasted anything like that! Not just another hotel resto, they are really trying to go above & beyond the norm!
C'est une amie de travaille qui m'a dit que je devais essayer le resto Circos. Alors un midi, je suis venu diner & j'ai completement adorer ce restaurant. Le service etait rapide, professionel & la serveuse etait tres chaleureuse. La nourriture etait remarquable. Le poisson etait si frais & delicieux. La table d'hote vaut la peine & le tout revient a moins de $20! Je voulais partager ma belle experience avec tout le monde. Je reviendrai certainement manger au Circos! Merci!
