Great gym, no towels present. Service is okay so far, no greeting our snack choice upon check in. Probably won't be back. I'm a Gold member, one more stay until diamond. Should have stayed in Laval.Voir plus

Chose this hotel based on location. We came up for the weekend to see some hockey games. I always check in & typically select my room from the app. Once we arrived, we were not permitted early check in. Had to wait until 3pm not a second earlier. A long wait, being that our flight changed & we arrived around 12:30pm. Rooms were great, large & clean. Service was just ok. We did not have shampoo when we arrived. Went out for the day & when we returned to find the room was cleaned & beds made, we still did not have shampoo replaced. As a Diamond member, we definitely did not feel like Diamond members here. This tier may only be important in the states & not in Canada. Location was great, walking distance to everything we needed. Will try a different Hilton when visiting Montreal next.Voir plus

First time visiting montreal ! Very pleased with the hotel ! Room we had was king ! Super clean big room Front desk staff very friendly . On the ground floor there is Circos Restaurant Food & service was 5 star . Was served by Louie very professional in his approach . Also great location ! We plan to come back in the summer next year & will definitely be staying at this Hotel

This is the best Hilton in Montreal. Do not stay at the awful decatrie location. Centreville is much nicer, offers a more beautiful view, better service, quieter sleep & a great pool on the 11th floor overlooking Sherbrooke street. There is hot tubs & saunas. It's a great place to kill some time on a rainy day & even the breakfast at circos was pretty good ... be sure to visit the 11th floor for a great place to see the city from their dual terraces...no designated smoker spots in the building but those balconies on 11 are perfect as long as you watch out for security.
