P.S., a year later the sandwiches still linger in our minds…so delicious & unforgettable that we are taking an 8 hour round trip day trip from Massachusetts to Ciccios to relive the experience…we can't wait & we will definitely be taking some extra sandwiches to go! They are the best!!!❤? We made it back & the sandwiches are still beyond delicious & the staff is still super friendly & inviting…if the opportunity arises again, we will make the trip back from Florida!😂. Thank you for making one of the best sandwiches we have ever had!
I tried the porchetta sandwich & it was delicious. It was juicy & well seasoned (with a perfect balance of herbs & salt) & the bread had a great texture, crispy on the outside & soft inside. All the flavors came together really well. Definitely worth it. 100% recommended.
Come here semi-regularly for the Muffuleta sandwich. The bread is crispy & delicious & the house mayo is perfection. The Muffuleta is a bit on the saltier side so if that bothers you, try the Primo.
They also make a great latte!
We saw this being mentioned by a YouTuber & this place did not disappoint! The sandwiches are amazing! Sorry forgot to take pics of them. The place is also so cute with a retro setting. Staff are friendly & they made the perfect suggestions. Unfortunately, the porchetta was sold out but we got the muffuletta, tonno, & capo. All of them were delicious & so flavourful. The bread is chewy & crispy. & the sizes of each sandwich was generous. Definitely will not be disappointed visiting here!
Tried Porchetta & Prosciutto- both were really tasty. Love the unique mix is ingredients & the bread is delicious.
Sandwich was to die for. Bread was fresh & crisp. Muffuletta with mortadella & salami just pure flavour town. I do feel that customer facing staff should be more warm & inviting. Highly recommend!
Me & my grandma were visiting Montreal for the day when we came to Ciccos for lunch, & it was very good. I got a sandwich with prosciutto, mozzarella, & tomatos, & my grandma can't remember what she got & both were 10/10! These sanwiches are a bit more expensive but you can tell the bread & ingredients are fresh & high quality! I saw them cut the prosciutto with a slicer. Not speaking French was not a problem & it's a cute & aesthetically pleasing inside. The seating area outside is also nice. Overall it was a nice experience & I'd come back for sure!
The atmosphere is a very cafe style. The servers were friendly. The food was tasty but they lack a huge thing missing is a GF bread option. Being in Montreal should be easy to have a GF option for the Celiac.
The bread, the meat, the fresh mozzarella...incredible. Favourite is the Muffuletta!
I'm disappointed with the two last tonno panini's I've ordered in the past 6 months. The bread of the first one this year (February 2025) was charmed almost too burned to be eaten & it was missing flavour. The bread of the second one ordered today (June 2025), was too toasted - the kind that bruises the roof of your mouth. & again, it was lacking spices & taste. At almost $20 for a panini, no drinks or dessert added, I feel like the quality & taste of the paninis ordered lately have lowered… & that's a shame because they used to hit the spot.
I got their Muffuletta, cappuccino, & pistachio tiramisu & it was the best meal I had in Montreal. I'm a big fan of Italian sandwiches & their New Orleans version of this was truly phenomenal - crispy bread, just the right amount of preserved veggies, quality meats, & a thick slab of mozzarella (which is a slight ding in the aesthetics b/c I couldn't fit the sandwich in my mouth). I will spread the gospel of Ciccio's upon my return & pray they open in NYC.
Their Caprese sandwich is the best prosciutto sandwich I've ever had. The bread is perfect. Keep up the good work.
A bit pricier than comparable sandwich spots but the bread here is really outstanding which really makes for a great sandwich.
Ordered on uber & it was very good. You can tell they use high quality ingredients & the bread is very great it has a hard crust & soft interior . Only thing I can say is the sauce is a little light handed.
First off the ciccio sauce is AMAZING!!!
The perfect spot for a quick bite right in the historic old area of Montreal! I stopped here before catching my train, & I'm glad I did.
The staff here are wonderful, & the aesthetics of this sandwich shop are a modern old town feel with bright orange branding - I loved it!
I got the Primo sandwich & it was incredible. My favourite was the homemade ciccio sauce. It was similar to a mayo/butter but better!!! It had dill, slight garlic flavour & spices in it & the perfect amount of creaminess to balance out the lettuce, cheese & mortadella. You can tell the bread is also quality 🤌🏻
I'd definitely come back. Next time I plan to try the coffee as well because I've heard it was good & the espresso machine looked quality.
10/10 :)
Excellent sandwiches - great bread, & good portion size - cozy local place in Old Montreal area.
Popped in for a quick sandwich & I must recommend the porchetta sandwich! It was so tasty & flavorful & fresh.
The crusty bread was perfect with the soft mozza & the sauce.
Service was on point & friendly & fun!
Absolutely will be back!
Good sandwich. Not blown away. I enjoyed the bagel-like bread but prefer other Italian sandwich joints in the city. Expensive for what you get.
I don't know if I was that hungry or the sandwich was really that good but this place is definitely one of those I'll visit again. Not sure if it was the bread, the sauce or what, but I can say it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The interior is a bit small, but cosy. There's only one table. The service is really friendly, too.
