View more
We didn't have a reservation, the restaurant was full, but we were accommodated despite. There are only good things I can say about this place. Food A1, service A1, Staff very welcoming. Didn't think vegan would ever taste good. A lot more outside of the usual potato dishView more
Really vegan good food!! But the dining service was pretty slow/kinda chaotic at 60-75% full.View more
Honestly one of my favourite vegan restaurants. I love everything on the menu, so tasty & delicious. I brought my meat lovers, & they LOVED everything we had, they said that it tasted very very good & they would go again.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone, meat lovers, vegetarian, vegans etc… you won't be disappointed.
Service was excellent too, the atmosphere is welcoming, a must try if you're in the area 🙌🏽View more
Some of the most flavourful food in all of Montreal. Well worth a detour or even visiting the city just to try it.View more
Food was really delicious in Chuchai :) I tried the menu at 55$ with 5 different mini starters & for the main I had the mock duck with spinach & bowl of sticky rice ! Sensational , really !!! Chocolate cake as a dessert & my favourite tea at the end of the meal !
So so pleased with the staff , everybody was really lovely - thank you to Emily so kind
I was in Holliday there but I wish to come back again soon !View more

Excellent service. J'ai hâte de retourneView more
View more
Some of the best vegan food I have ever had. The duck was amazing. So good & very reasonably priced. Loved!View more
One of the best & authentic Thai food in Montreal. Their red curry & green curry are too good! I was dreaming about it 2 days after I had the food. Their vegan chicken skewers are amazing with ting of lemon! I recommend the place every single time. It gets really crowded in the summer, so call to reserve.View more
Went on a Friday evening. Sat at the bar as I was by myself. The staff is very nice & friendly. Cereal gave me recommendations for places to visit in Montreal!
I had the Tom Yum & the Crispy Duck. The Tom Yum lacked depth in flavors but the crispy duck was too good! I had never had something like this in vegan food before
Definitely worth a visit if you are in MontrealView more

Chu Chai is an excellent representation of the restaurant scene in Montreal. A Lowkey but enjoyable vibe, good service, & excellent food at a reasonable price.
This instantly became one of my new favorite restaurants & it's an easy recommendation to make.View more
Yummy vegan thai food. The peking duck was really good so was the curry & the mushroom app.
The guy who looks like Slash was our waiter & he was super cool!View more
Amazing vegan Thai food for meat lovers! The faux beef & duck tasted like the real thing. Not to mention the curries & noodles which were made to culinary perfection. Would go back again & again.View more
