Belle petite sortie avec les enfants au Chocolat Favoris. Beaucoup de choix d'enrobages & les portions sont généreuses. Le staff est vraiment patient & souriant, ça fait plaisir !
We just stopped this morning to pick up a box of chocolate's. They were not open until 11:00 I was expecting extended hours 2 days before Christmas. They were literally out of chocolates except a few that people don't want. One person working,but not a problem as most people looked & left! They will be loosing money. Not great planning.

I recently visited Chocolat Favoris & was very disappointed with both the cleanliness & the service. When I arrived, there were no other customers, yet 3 maybe 4 employees were standing behind the counter laughing & chatting instead of maintaining the space. The dining area was dirty, & despite staying for about 40 minutes (with only a few customers coming in & no real rush), no one made any effort to clean or tidy up. The terrasse was closed, likely due to earlier rain, which left me with no choice but to eat inside. Unfortunately, the seating area wasn't appealing either there was an old, filthy blanket draped over the sofa, which really added to the unkempt feel of the place. Overall, it didn't seem like anyone cared about the atmosphere or customer experience.
Huge lines & with good reason. A few soft ice cream flavours with a side selection of chocolate dips & they make sure that the coating is very thick. Always a delicious treat.
Pretty nice place for ice cream & other chocolate themed desserts/snacks. Very rich with thick chocolate layers on the ice cream. I could only eat a medium before my sweet tooth was more than satisfied. Staff were helpful & pleasant. The line was pretty long when we got there around 8pm on a Friday.
