Bon service j'ai pris un moyen cornet trempé, mais il avait la grosseur d'un petit. Les moyens sont beaucoup gros à la succursale de Sherbrooke.

Tout simplement déçu!
Comme souvent a cet période de l'année j'aime aller me chercher le sorbet framboise, mais hier j'y suis aller me chercher une crème glacée puis j'ai relativement etait mécontent non seulement du service a la commande puis par là crème glacée en meme temps j'ai rien dit pour pas faire d'histoire mes je ne reviendrais plus !!

Je choisis un cornet plus gros & plus cher je lui demande si on peux changer le tramapge barbe a papa par un autre elle savais pas, apres sa je dit laisse comme sa c'est correct!

Sur sont ordinateur il y avais comme le cornet & la crème en petit… j'ai demander moyen , sa collègue a modifier puis elle me charge 15,50$ après sa elle fait la creme glacée qui n'avais pas la taille d'une moyenne habituelle je lui est dit elle était comme je c'est pas … j'ai dit ok j'ai vérifier avec une photo de la semaine dernière belle difference sérieux !!! Habituellement je paye 12,50$ en tout cas les 2 dernière fois c'était sa le prix la 15,50 pour le prix d'une petite j'ai relativement etait déçu!!

Je suis allée pour la première fois le 8 avril, j'ai pris un cornet & une fois partie, en mangeant ma crème glacée, elle était mottoneuse. J'ai envoyé un courriel à leur bureau qui leur ont transmis le message & je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles. Moi je n'y retournerai plus jamais, leur service client est vraiment merdique
