Après avoir voyagé en France, Belgique, Suisse - Lausanne, Vevey, berceau du chocolat au lait - force est de constater que l'expérience & la passion de Chloé pulvérisent l'héritage prétentieux de nombreux chocolatiers du vieux continent.
Dire que les chocolats de chez Chloé sont excellents, c'est déjà vous priver d'une expérience sensorielle. Imaginez manger une truffe au fruit de la passion. Commencez sur une sensation crémeuse d'un chocolat parfaitement équilibré & terminez en ayant l'impression d'avoir mangé un fruit. 2$ la truffe n'est pas élevé. Oui, les prix peuvent sembler élevés, mais ne le sont pas. En Suisse, c'est à plus de 2 CHF à certains endroits. À plus de 150 CHF le kilo parfois. Faites la conversion. Chez Chloé, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.
Brownies exceptionnels. Glaces excellentes qui m'ont bien plus enthousiasmé que de produits de MOFFs (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France). Cela peut donner la sensation d'être exagéré. Pourtant, partout où je vais en ce qui concerne le chocolat, je compare avec Chloé (ou Bugnon, voir dans mes autres commentaires pour ceux de passage à Lausanne.) & je suis très souvent déçu.

Première fois dans la boutique, j'ai adoré. Au début, très bonne service à la clientèle avec explications précises, & après, les chocolats, oufffffff J'ai aimé. Plusieurs saveurs naturels offerts!
(Au début) Si vous êtes un amateur de chocolat c'est un endroit incontournable. Ils ont un très bon chocolat chaud dont j'ai essayé aromatisé à la menthe. Je ne suis pas fan de la menthe mais le fait qu'il n'était pas très sucré c'était délicieux ! Ils ont tout sorte de chocolat mais mois je vais pour le chocolat chaud.
(Maintenant) J'y suis allé plusieurs fois pour voir s'il y avait d'autres saveurs que la vanille mais ce que j'avais dit & ce qu'il avait, c'était des histoires différentes ! C'est pour cela que j'ai enlevé deux étoiles. Je n'ai pas le goût d'y retourné.

I'm more of a'square of dark chocolate a day' person but since discovering these, I can't stop having one every day lol
For something so small, they pack so much flavor & the texture is perfect. They are meticulously crafted & the layers of flavor within each truffle are just amazing. My favorites are passion fruit, 5 spice, & earl grey.

Delightful little store. Everyone working there is extremely pleasant & of course the chocolate products are delicious. I especially enjoyed their chocolate covered grapefruit peels.
