30 minutes d'attente pour deux cornets. Les deux employées sur place ont décidé de fermer à 21 h au lieu de 22 h, comme indiqué, & ont recruté leur ami, qui s'amusait à dire aux groupes de clients qui entraient de partir parce qu'ils fermaient à 21 h aujourd'hui…
Le comble : elles ont décidé d'éteindre les lumières alors que des clients attendaient toujours. Le téléphone sonnait & elles refusaient de répondre. J'imagine que c'était le gérant, puisqu'elles ont rallumé les lumières après l'appel.
Quand j'ai redemandé ma commande, elle a servi de la crème glacée à son ami à la place.
Honestly terrible service, never had I waited so long to be served a frozen piece of cake. There's only one person working, what are they thinking? On a weekend & game night, that's insane, the line is never ending.
I was there for like 30 minutes, even when I was done eating, the line didn't move. Some people came in, saw the line & left.
The employee seem miserable, annoyed & exhausted to even be there.
The ice creams do always look kinda melted, I don't know if it's an issue with their machine.
Regardless I would not recommend this place. Notice how no one addresses the concerns of the negative experience of any of the customers in their reviews.
This is a place that do not care about customer experience.

I was disappointed with my visit. The overall quality did not meet my expectations. I also noticed that some of the ice cream in the freezer appeared to be partially melted, which affected the texture & freshness.
mauvaise expérience car le temps d'attente est trop long, il ya une seule personne pour une longue file de clients & aussi les gelato sont soit trop congeler.
Cela fait deux fin de semaine de suite que je tente d'aller chercher un cornet de crème glacé. À chaque tentative, il n'y a qu'un seul employé, malgré le fait que ce sont les premières journées où il fait très chaud & beau. L'employé semble épuisé & tanné. Attendre 15 minutes pour un cornet, alors qu'il n'y a même pas 2 clients devant moi ne fait vraiment pas de sens.... bref j'espère que c'est temporaire & que le tout sera ajusté pour cet été.
L'emplacement ferme TOUJOURS PLUTOT qu'annoncé. Les boissons ne sont jamais consistantes ne goutent jamais deux fois la même chose. Entre vraiment a fuire. Je ne pense pas que toutes les franchises soient de meme mais celle-ci la plus décevante de toutes!!!! Fermez vos portes
