I've honestly never experienced service this bad. The staff were unfriendly & made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. On top of that, the portion size was unbelievably small-more like a Costco sample than an actual meal. Definitely not worth the price, & I won't be coming back.
Je n'ai jamais vu un service aussi désagréable. Le personnel était peu accueillant & donnait vraiment l'impression que notre présence les dérangeait. En plus, les portions étaient ridiculement petites, presque comme une dégustation gratuite chez Costco plutôt qu'un vrai repas. Ce n'est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Je n'y retournerai pas.
Very disappointing experience. I was served the wrong order, & when I pointed out the mistake, instead of correcting it professionally, they charged me for the replacement meal. Customers shouldn't have to pay for a restaurant's mistake. Poor customer service, & I won't be coming back.
Ordered a small cup of ice cream & only got one small scoop. The cup was almost empty. A normal ice cream place would fill up the cup to the rim or make it look full. Instead, my one scoop was at the bottom of the cup. If I knew it would be that small I would've ordered the mini cup, would've been the same. Texture wasn't great either & ice cream looks melted in the display. Never again
J'ai pris un bol mini Gelato goût Choco noisettes je n'ai pas du tout aimé. Tellement pas bon. En plus à la dernière bouchée j'ai même eu un arrière goût bizarre que je n'ai pas reconnu. Les éclats de noisettes ne sont pas croquantes & collent aux dents. & c'est vrai que j'ai pris un mini mais la quantité était encore moins que la boîte elle même. Très déçue. Merci d'améliorer vos produits.

30 minutes d'attente pour deux cornets. Les deux employées sur place ont décidé de fermer à 21 h au lieu de 22 h, comme indiqué, & ont recruté leur ami, qui s'amusait à dire aux groupes de clients qui entraient de partir parce qu'ils fermaient à 21 h aujourd'hui…
Le comble : elles ont décidé d'éteindre les lumières alors que des clients attendaient toujours. Le téléphone sonnait & elles refusaient de répondre. J'imagine que c'était le gérant, puisqu'elles ont rallumé les lumières après l'appel.
Quand j'ai redemandé ma commande, elle a servi de la crème glacée à son ami à la place.
Honestly terrible service, never had I waited so long to be served a frozen piece of cake. There's only one person working, what are they thinking? On a weekend & game night, that's insane, the line is never ending.
I was there for like 30 minutes, even when I was done eating, the line didn't move. Some people came in, saw the line & left.
The employee seem miserable, annoyed & exhausted to even be there.
The ice creams do always look kinda melted, I don't know if it's an issue with their machine.
Regardless I would not recommend this place. Notice how no one addresses the concerns of the negative experience of any of the customers in their reviews.
This is a place that do not care about customer experience.
