J'ai passé une commande par téléphone &, à mon arrivée, j'ai constaté que la commande préparée ne correspondait pas à ce que j'avais demandé. On m'a alors informée qu'un des items que j'avais commandés avait été retiré du menu. Pourtant, lors de mon appel, l'employée ne m'en a jamais avisée & ne m'a proposé aucune alternative.
Malgré cela, les employés ont insisté à plusieurs reprises sur le fait qu'il s'agissait de mon erreur, ce que je trouve difficile à comprendre puisque je sais très bien ce que j'ai commandé au téléphone. Plutôt que de reconnaître qu'il y avait eu un problème de communication ou une erreur lors de la prise de commande, la responsabilité a constamment été remise sur moi.
Je trouve cette façon de gérer la situation très décevante, d'autant plus qu'aucune solution ni compensation ne m'a été proposée. Lorsqu'un item n'est plus disponible ou a été retiré du menu, il me semble essentiel d'en informer le client au moment de la commande plutôt que de le laisser le découvrir une fois sur place & de lui attribuer ensuite la faute.
This was the most disgusting thing that I have ever put in my mouth. I gagged with the first bite. I asked for honey BBQ & it was sitting in a pool of syrup. Definitely not honey BBQ that's for sure. It made me go to the bathroom instantly. The chicken wasn't cooked properly. My stomach still hurts the next day which isn't normal. I feel like I wanna throw up. Never ordering from this dive ever again.
Really enjoyed the fried chicken here! 🍗 The chicken was crispy outside & juicy inside, & there are plenty of flavors to choose from. I especially liked the sweet & spicy & soy garlic flavors. The fries & rice cakes were great too.
Good portions, tasty food, & definitely a solid spot for Korean fried chicken. Would come back again!
Every time I want Fried Chicken I will go there. Fresh, Delicious, Juicy, & good value. Highly recommended! Btw it's better than the other chicken plus locations

Quand je suis arrivé le caissier /cuisinier était au téléphone. Il a dit à la personne au téléphone d'attendre & m'a demandé ce que je voulais, tout en gardant le téléphone dans les mains. J'ai fait ma commande, du poulet oignons crémeux. J'ai vu le prix, mais je me suis dit que ça devait quand même être grand, alors j'ai commandé le grand car j'allais chez ma mère alors on allait partager. Il a pris la commande, mis le prix, & dès que j'ai sorti ma carte pour payer il a repris le téléphone & est parti en arriere pour commencer à preparer mon poulet. Je me suis dit qu'il voulais sûrement faire vite, je sais que ça prends un peu de temps car j'achète souvent à celui de Lachine. J'ai donc payé, en faisant l'erreur d'ajouter un tip pour etre gentille. Grosse erreur. J'ai voulu ma facture mais il etait en arriere. Il ne m'a meme pas demandé si c'était pour manger la ou pour emporter. Mes enfants étaient dans l'auto avec papa un peu fatigués, alors, vu que je savai que ça prenait du temps, je voulais aller chez ma mère directement & passer chercher la commande 10 minutes plus tard. J'ai du appeler le gars pour lui dire que mon mari reviendrai. Même pas demandé mon nom pour s'assurer de donner la commande à la bonne personne. & il ne m'a pas donné ma facture non plus, il est juste rapidement reparti en arrière. Mon mari est retourné 10 minutes apres, sans facture, en espérant que le gars ne fasse pas de problème. Tout a été correct, mais quand j'ai vu la portion, pour un grand qui, avec tip & taxes m'a coûté presque 52$, c'était aussi grand que celui que j'achète pour 22$ à Lachine, & en plus, il n'y avait même pas d'oignons sur mon oignons crémeux. On avait faim puis j'étais pas au resto, sinon j'aurais dit de quoi, mais on était vraiment déçue.
Le goût était bon, mais j'ai trouvé le service mauvais & la portion petite pour le prix que ça coûtait. Peut-être que s'il aurait laissé son téléphone pour bien faire son travail, ça aurait été différent.
J'adore chicken plus mais la prochaine fois que je veux inviter ma mère, je lui en achèterai à celui de Lachine.
The chicken was very crispy even after quite a few hours, excellent service the cashier was super friendly & very chill atmosphere. It definitely became one of my to go spots, probably that's the only place i'd go for fried chicken you just can't go wrong with their original fried chicken. I'd highly recommend
Really good but they could definitely put more than just four pieces if tteokbokki Edit: this time I got three pieces of tteokbokki,the chicken wasn't cooked right & they put even less chicken it definitely wasn't the amount they say it is. They also barely put any sauce it was so disrespectful
