I absolutely love this place! It is polished with beautiful decor inside & on the terrasse, yet still laidback (aka you can dress cute or a bit more laidback). They have so many tapas options (good sizes & healthy choices) for around 10$. They also offer a great selection & specials on beers (5$ ) & cockatils (2 for 1) within a certain time frame. The prices are still super affordable outside of the specials & the service is great! The quality of their food & drinks is hard to beat at these prices for a casual night out (not for a gastronomy dinner) Go!
We came here on Thursday with my wife & the bartender Tony was so friendly even though he was busy since his coworker was out sick. The decor was very relaxing with a lounge feel to it & music was also good. We had the oysters which were fresh & tasty & drinks were fantastic as well. Definitely make a stop here if your in the Plateau area & looking to get drinks & at this cozy spot! Will definitely visit again if we are in the area!
I went with my friends on friday décembre 20. It was a great evening, one we were longing for! It has a great sélection of delicious meals with spécial présentation, that caters to all tastes & sensés! We had a fast service & the waiters were attentive to our orders & préférences. The décor is really nice; the place was pretty crowded & the dj set it on fire with à mixture of arabic english french & latin songs that took us back to wild Lebanese nights! Ill come back soon again! Much recommended :)))
The $1 oysters were honestly the best oysters I've ever had, the quality of oyster & sauce they use included. I also had the vegetarian poke bowl which was good & a nice portion but still average & they originally forgot the shiitake mushrooms so I had to ask for them. There's no other vegetarian option on the menu so if I come back it'll just be for the oysters. The decor was vibey. Kind of feels like you're transported to a restaurant in China or Japan
I just had an awesome birthday dinner at Chi Restaurant ! The service was really great-super friendly & attentive. The food blew me away; everything was so delicious & looked amazing. Plus, the decor was perfect for photos. If you're looking for a fun place to eat, I definitely recommend checking it out! Can't wait to go back!
I recently visited CHI, & it was an exceptional dining experience! The ambiance was cozy & welcoming, with elegant décor that set the perfect mood. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Asian dishes. I tried the chicken Tao & the grilled chicken, both of which were bursting with flavor & perfectly prepared. The service was attentive, with friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Asian cuisine!
What an amazing decor! It takes you to a whole other level! The service is impeccable! We celebrated a birthday there & we were a group of 20 - i was very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend the place!
CHI is a beautiful aesthetic gem with so many lanterns, the decoration with the statues is so pretty. The food is super tasty & they serve big affordable tasty portions. The fried calmari & shrimps are so delicious. The ceviche & salmon tartare are so fresh. They even have a cocktail tree to try their different signatures. Try it out you won't regret it, I highly recommend this restaurant 🥂
Beautiful gem on St Laurent Boulevard. I loved the theme & decor. The place is spacious unlike many restaurant bars around, & while I was there the clientele seemed quite nice. Food was superb, prices very fair & I ordered my usual drink to compare to other places - needless to say it was done to perfection. Will go there again.
I never make the time to write a review, but when it came to Chi I couldn't help myself. We are from out of town & stayed at the Hilton Garden inn. We wanted a nice restaurant that was reasonably priced & was only a 3-4 minute uber from the hotel. We found Chi through Google & thought that we would give it a try. The atmosphere is incredible & they even have a real Terracotta Warrior statue from the set of The Mummy! We started our night with a couple of fancy cocktails! (Highly recommend the mango/chilli margarita) This was followed by a fantastic tower of shots & a side order of French fries. The French fries have a wonderful crunch & are accompanied by a delicious dipping sauce. For my main course I had the Chi burger! This was cooked to perfection & served on a bao bun. (which I had never experienced before) My fiancée ordered the poke bowl, which was not only aesthetically pleasing but she said it was delicious! The portion size was amazing & she was able to bring some home for lunch! All in all, from the friendly service, to the fancy cocktails & the unique Asian décor we truly enjoyed our first experience here in Montreal & at Chi! (I snapped a picture of the statue!)
From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are enveloped by that seductive atmosphere with soft lighting, fascinating decoration; in it you can see the dedication & effort they have put to every detail. Courteous & attentive staff. The food was delicious, robust but balanced flavors, visually attractive & well decorated, mixing textures in dishes such as Salmon tartare or Ceviche. Creative cocktails that pair in harmony with food. I recommend coming here & enjoying the experience.

Went for Valentine's Day. Beautiful decor, unfortunately not a place to eat. Same ingredients in all plates. Salty & cabbage everywhere. Fried food feels frozen. Service not up to par. Unfortunately will not be going back. Must be better for drinks. Their bar looks extensive.

Un excellent restaurant en tout point! Les plats proposés sont originaux & délicieux (le ceviche est un incontournable). L'intérieur de l'établissement est très raffiné & contient une surprenante statue tirée tout droit du décor du film The Mummy. Les serveurs sont efficaces & aimables.
