WOW. LA pâtisserie incontournable à Montréal. Jamais goûté un délice pareil même pas à Paris. J'ai pris le Carré Doré pour 6 personnes & tout le monde était unanime. Tried this place for the first time for Mother's day by ordering their Tiramisu they created for the occasion I will start off by saying the flavors were good & it looked pretty. That being said - it was ridiculously small. To say that this is made for 6 people on the website is just false advertisement. It's more for 4 people. Every single person at dinner laughed at the size of it. If I had brought this anywhere but to my family I would've been embarrassed. I've attached a picture of the cake next to my hand for scale. I'm all about paying a little more for quality but I honestly felt deceived. Additionally the young man working at the store was frankly unpleasant in his demeanor - like we were bothering him by being there. If I'm paying 50$ for a cake the size of my hand I would at least want to have a pleasant interaction & not feel like you're doing me a favor by acknowledging me. We'll probably give them another try in a few weeks/months because some of their other flavors look interesting but the first experience was a let down.View more
