I ordered a sandwich from Uber eats & still I don't have my order, but this restaurant team called me twice just to let me know that they finished one of my orders & they want to change it & it will be cheaper & …
Then another one called & said, there's a note & we can't see that, she wanted to make sure they don't miss anything (it was a note for a delivery person)
Believe me, I ordered so many times with Uber eats, so many mistakes happen & no one bothered to reach to me, I am sure the food taste should be great too but I am so satisfied with the great service, very polite, nice & professional.

The roast beef pizza is so delicious 🤩 Their special sauce, along with the crispy dough & a generous amount of toppings is unlike anything I've ever had! Chez Hailar delivers great value, friendly staff that offer the best service, & the most flavorful fresh dishes in town.
& a great bonus is the location: just a few minutes away from Concordia University!
You always know what you're getting, & it's always perfect!

Seriously one of the best restaurants in downtown montreal. The roast beef pizza is fantastic, & the hailar sauce just makes everything better.
Service is friendly & quick, & the value is great.
I'm definitely coming back for a second time! I ordered the special Hailar pizza, & the burst of flavor, combined with the perfect amount of cheese, absolutely blew me away. The staff was incredibly respectful, & my order arrived quickly. A fantastic experience all around!

I went when it was totally empty because it's Ramadan but the atmosphere is relaxed. The place looks like a fancy coffee shop. The food is a bit expensive (what isn't nowadays lol) but I think it's totally worth to try at least once. I got the roast beef & hot cheese bomb sandwiches 🤤
Sadly the only thing is that it's not very accessible; you gotta climb two flights of stairs. If you're able-bodied definitely check this place out; you won't regret it.
