Tried this Chez Girard for the first time & really was not impressed with the food. We had a Hamburger & two Steamed hot dogs & a fries. I am pretty sure the hamburger was previously frozen, & that's why only a two star for the food, the burger's texture was strange. The bun totally flattened out when held. The hot dogs were ok but other spots are much better. Small portion of fries which were so so. The service was fast but not pleasant. The gentleman behind the counter was very unfriendly, that's why only 2 stars for service. The restaurant is very clean & bright, with a 60's vibe. Very comfortable.
